The Office of Ethical Standards and Public Accountability (OESPA) conducted the OESPA Family Conference 2026 on 08 April 2026 at PAFECI, Colonel Jesus Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, with the theme โBuilding Stronger Bonds and Upholding Professionalism, Integrity, and Accountability within the OESPA Family,โ participated by OESPA personnel from various PAF units through a hybrid setup.
The activity featured a series of discussions focusing on key areas of compliance and accountability within the Philippine Air Force, including proper accomplishment and common issues in SALN submission, adherence to correct investigative procedures, accurate filing of charge sheets, and updates on reportorial requirements and administrative matters, followed by an open forum to address participantsโ concerns.
The highlight was the keynote address by MGEN PABLO E RUSTRIA JR PAF, Vice Commander, PAF and Chief, OESPA, who emphasized unity and a strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and excellence in public service, as well as strict compliance with reportorial requirements to ensure transparency and public trust.
The activity aims to strengthen the participantsโ appreciation for continuous learning, coordination, and professionalism, with a recommendation to sustain and further enhance the initiative to improve competence, standardized reporting, and promote effective communication and collaboration across units.
