As of 8:00 AM today, 12 May 2026, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 05b) is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 05c) is being monitored outside the PAR and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
