Co-Creating Open Government
🤝 CO-CREATING OPEN GOVERNMENT: Shaping the Future of Inclusive and Responsive Governance
On August 26, 2026, the DILG-NCR brought together representatives from the Cohort Local Government Units (LGUs), civil society organizations, and the youth sector at the PLV COED Assembly Hall, Valenzuela for a meaningful learning and engagement platform on open governance.
The activity highlighted the importance of Transparency, Accountability, Participation, and Innovation (TAPI) in strengthening local governance. It also provided an avenue for the Cities of Muntinlupa, Valenzuela, Pasig, and Mandaluyong to share experiences, innovations, and best practices under the PH-OGP Localization Program.
The participation of PLV students underscored the vital role of the youth as future leaders and partners in promoting responsive, inclusive, and accountable governance.
Through dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative engagement, stakeholders strengthened partnerships toward a government that listens, involves, and works together with its citizens.
✨ Together, let us co-create a more transparent, accountable, participatory, innovative, inclusive, and responsive government.
