The Bureau of Fire Protection National Capital Region (BFP NCR), under the leadership of Regional Director 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, and the guidance of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒, District Fire Marshal, gathered for a Pastoral Activity held at the Fire District IV Headquarters on 14 October 2026.

The Holy Mass was officiated by 𝐅𝐫 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐄𝐃𝐖𝐈𝐍 𝐌𝐀𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐒, the activity provided personnel with an opportunity to strengthen their spiritual, emotional, and moral well-being through prayer and reflection.

More than a religious gathering, the Pastoral Activity reinforced the core values of faith, humility, unity, compassion, and integrity, inspiring BFP personnel to continue serving the public with dedication, professionalism, and a renewed sense of purpose.

FJLC CLASS 2026–52 | Courtesy Call at Fire District IV Headquarters

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection–National Capital Region, the Fire Junior Leadership Course (FJLC) Class 2026–52 paid a courtesy call on 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒, District Fire Marshal, in preparation for their On-the-Job Training (OJT) within the district.

As they transition from classroom learning to actual field experience, the trainees are encouraged to embrace every opportunity to learn, lead with humility, and serve with integrity, discipline, and purpose.

Because true leadership is not just learned—it is lived through service.

The ceremony served as a reminder of the Bureau's core values, strengthening discipline, unity, and professionalism among personnel while reaffirming their commitment to delivering responsive, efficient, and quality public service. It also reflected Fire District IV's steadfast dedication to upholding the BFP mandate of protecting lives, property, and the environment.

This engagement highlights our shared commitment to proactive coordination, rapid response, and effective community service—working hand in hand with our law enforcement counterparts to keep neighborhoods safe, protected, and resilient.

MONDAY FLAG-RAISING CEREMONY

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection–National Capital Region, the District Fire Marshal of Fire District IV Headquarters, 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒, joined the BFP-NCR Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony and served as the Troop Information and Education Speaker.

In his message, 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒 emphasized a powerful truth: “Time is life.” Every moment is valuable, and every minute entrusted to us is an opportunity to fulfill our responsibilities, make a difference, and serve with purpose.

He reminded personnel that time cannot be recovered once it is lost. Thus, whether in our personal lives or in the performance of our duties, we must use it wisely, honor our commitments, and give our best to the people we serve.

ORSITE 2026 | TAGUIG CITY FIRE STATION
The Taguig City Fire Station marked the final leg of the Operational Readiness Site Inspection and Troop Evaluation (ORSITE) 2026, spearheaded by FSUPT 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐋 𝐙 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍, under the continuing leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director of BFP-NCR.

The Fire District IV Headquarters Inspection Team, led by 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒, District Fire Marshal, conducted a comprehensive assessment of the station’s personnel, offices, barracks, facilities, and overall operational preparedness.

More than an inspection, ORSITE 2026 served as a testament to the discipline, readiness, and commitment of every firefighter. Guided by the 7S principles, the activity reinforced the importance of maintaining an organized, safe, efficient, and mission-ready fire station.

As the final station completes this year’s ORSITE, Fire District IV stands united in one mission—to remain prepared, responsive, and committed to protecting lives and properties.

3rd Quarter Audit: Obligasyon sa Bayan, Ligtas na Pamayanan

Headed by 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐄𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒, District Fire Marshal, the Fire District IV Headquarters OLP Audit Team conducted the 3rd Quarterly Performance Audit through a Zoom meeting, covering all cities and municipality in the district.

The team validated the progress and outcomes of CFPP, House-to-House Fire Safety Survey, CFAG, Emergency Response Plan, School Emergency Response Plan, Talakayan sa Pamayanan, and Talakayan at Damayan Pangkabuhayan—strengthening readiness, prevention, and protection for every community.

Guided by the leadership of Regional Director 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, this audit reaffirms our shared commitment to public safety, disaster resilience, and a steadfast culture of fire prevention.
