The 32nd Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) Awarding Ceremony was held at Pasig Elementary School on September 12, 2026, recognizing outstanding campus journalists in various competition categories.

Pasig ES placers were Alwyn P. Cailing, 4th Place – Pagkuha ng Larawan; Princess Lyca P. Nepomuceno, 5th Place – Pagsulat ng Agham; Anne Marie M. Gonzales, 4th Place – Feature Writing; Krizelle Faye L. Baguio, 4th Place – Editorial Writing; and Aliyah Kacey M. Dimamay, 4th Place – Copyreading and Headlining. Pasig ES also ranked 6th Overall in the English Individual Category.

Pasig Elementary School athletes secure multiple podium finishes in the Pasig City Public Schools Athletic Meet 2026–2027, earning gold, silver, and bronze medals in various athletics events.

In the boys’ category, Luiz Edward Galingan wins Gold in Discus Throw and Silver in Shot Put, while Fahad G. Panda-ag earns Bronze in Javelin Throw. Xander Kyle B. Fajarillo secures Bronze in the 100-meter Dash. The 4x100-meter Relay team of Zyron Hanz Licuanan, Ranniel Mahilum, Xander Kyle Fajarillo, and Antonio Miguel Burac earns Silver, while the 4x400-meter Relay team of Jade Dealagdon, Ranniel Mahilum, Antonio Miguel Burac, and Zyron Hanz Licuanan also takes Silver.

In the girls’ category, Johan Mamaril claims Gold in the 1,500-meter Run and 800-meter Run, while Evean Lourine Reyes sweeps Gold in Javelin Throw, Discus Throw, and Shot Put. Angelica Dematera earns Silver in Javelin Throw and Long Jump, while Jehana Mama secures Silver in Shot Put. Atallia Rayne Mensurado places Bronze in the 1,500-meter Run. The 4x100-meter Relay team of Rodelyn Bartolome, Krissa Mae Etrata, Iexsha Kylie Blarama, and Johan Mamaril earns Bronze, while the 4x400-meter Relay team of Johan Mamaril, Iexsha Kylie Blarama, Atallia Rayne Mensurado, and Jezekiel Caasi Tamundong also secures Bronze.

Pasig Elementary School swimmers secure top finishes in the Pasig City Public School Athletic Meet 2026–2027 at RAVE Park Pool, Maybunga, Pasig City, this week, earning spots in the upcoming Division Meet under the guidance of Coach Maria Rowela V. Umali.

On Day 1, Ryne Ashniel Delgado places second in the 200M Freestyle and 50M Breaststroke, while Curt Matthew M. Alfaro finishes third in the 50M Fly, fourth in the 100M Freestyle, and seventh in the 50M Breaststroke. Jhon Marley L. Pagsaligan places fifth in the 50M Fly, while Mykel Joseff L. Romero finishes third in the 100M Freestyle. The Pasig ES Cluster 1 team claims first place in the 4x50M Medley Relay.

In the girls’ category, Abigail Faith Murillo earns fourth place in the 50M Fly and third place in the 100M Freestyle. Sydelle Lalyzainne Flores places seventh in the 100M Freestyle and third in the 50M Breaststroke, while Janine Dating finishes ninth in both the 50M Fly and 50M Breaststroke.

On Day 2, Ryne Ashniel Delgado secures second place in the 400M Freestyle and third place in the 50M Backstroke. Mykel Joseff L. Romero places second in the 100M Fly and 50M Backstroke, while Curt Matthew M. Alfaro earns third place in the 400M Freestyle and 100M Fly. Sydelle Lalyzainne Flores finishes fourth in the 50M Backstroke, while Janine Dating places eighth in the same event. The Pasig ES girls’ team also secures second place in the 4x50M Freestyle Relay.

Pasig Elementary School proudly congratulates its campus journalists who earned places in the 32nd Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC). The awarding ceremony was held on September 12, 2026, at Pasig Elementary School.

Alwyn P. Cailing placed 4th in Pagkuha ng Larawan, with School Paper Adviser Jayvee F. Baguio. Princess Lyca P. Nepomuceno earned 5th Place in Pagsulat ng Agham, guided by School Paper Adviser Gerlie L. Rodas. Anne Marie M. Gonzales placed 4th in Feature Writing, while Krizelle Faye L. Pasig Elementary School conducted an In-Service Training (INSET) session on September 11, 2026, as part of the activities held at the end of the First Term under DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026, or the Guidelines on the Implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar in Basic Education.

The activity featured a Psychological First Aid session facilitated by the Philippine Red Cross – Rizal Chapter, Pasig-Pateros Branch, followed by Classroom Assessment and Data-Driven Instruction, led by Dr. Candelaria M. Balmeo, EPS in Mathematics. PSDS Cluster I Mrs. Diana Marie B. Dagli and ASDS Dr. Jay F. Macasieb also visited the activity and delivered short messages.

The INSET sessions will continue on September 16 and 17, 2026, as the school continues its professional learning activities for teachers.

Pasig Elementary School served as the venue for the 32nd Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) on September 7, 2026, featuring competitions in the Individual and Group Categories, while the Photojournalism and Sports Writing competitions were held at Buting Elementary School on September 3, 2026.

During the event, ASDS Dr. Jay F. Macasieb delivered a message and shared, citing Mr. Joselito E. Calios, Focal Person on Journalism, EPS in English, that the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC) will be held in Caloocan, while the National Schools Press Conference (NSPC) will return to Manila. Ms. Mae P. Paner, Founder, President, and Chairperson of Kawa Pilipinas, served as the keynote speaker during the conference.

The DSPC will culminate in its Awarding Ceremonies on September 12, 2026, at the Pasig Elementary School, where outstanding campus journalists will be recognized for their achievements in the various competition categories.

In accordance with DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2026, Pasig Elementary School observes the Wellness Break at the end of the First Term of School Year 2026–2027.

Our learners will observe the Wellness Break on September 10, 11, 14, and 15, 2026, while our teachers will have their Two-Day Wellness Break on September 14 & 15, 2026, pursuant to the Memorandum of Education Secretary Sonny Angara entitled β€œObservance of the Two-Day Wellness Break for Teachers.”
