Maraming maraming salamat po sa butihing Ama ng Lungsod ng Pasig, Mayor Vico Sotto, sa pagtugon at pagbibigay ng agarang aksyon sa mga naantalang proyekto ng ilang kontratista dito sa Barangay Buting.
Maraming salamat din po sa ating butihing Punong Barangay,
Kap. Jhigs Servillon sa walang sawang pag-follow up, pakikinig, at pagtugon sa mga hinaing at concerns ng ating mga residente.
Umaasa po tayo na sa patuloy na koordinasyon ng Barangay at Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Pasig, ay mapapabilis na ang completion ng mga proyekto para sa kaligtasan, kaginhawaan, at kapakinabangan ng ating mga kabarangay.

Here is a summary:
(1) ๐๐ฟ๐ด๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ก๐: RCBC Drainage System and Sidewalk along SAN GUILLERMO and F FLORES STREETS
- Contract Amount is โฑ16,701,360;
- Notice to Proceed dated last 5 February 2025;
- Target Completion Date was 22 October 2025;
- They are more than 1 year in delay, Notices of Delay were sent, with EAH again requesting for another time extension;
- To date, only 49% complete.
- LGU has assessed Liquidated Damages of โฑ2,682,547 (which will be deducted from any payment for accomplished work).
(2) ๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ก, ๐ฆ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐, ๐๐ฟ๐ด๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐จ๐๐๐ง๐๐ก: Interior Roads and Drainage System
- Contract Amount is โฑ10,015,845;
- Notice to Proceed dated last 14 February 2025;
- Target Completion Date was 12 September 2025;
- They are more than 1 year in delay, Notices of Delay were sent, with EAH again requesting for another time extension;
- To date, only 46% complete;
- The LGU has assessed Liquidated Damages of โฑ1,935,682.
(3) Road Reblocking and Drainage in ๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ until Eusebio Ave, Brgy. MAYBUNGA
- Contract Amount is โฑ13,515,279;
- Notice to Proceed dated last 14 February 2025;
- Target Completion Date was 12 September 2025;
- They are more than 1 year in delay, Notices of Delay were sent, with EAH again requesting for another time extension;
- To date, only *80%* complete (work inside the hospital compound is done, but outside not yet);
- LGU has assessed Liquidated Damages of โฑ1,946,200.

We will make sure to build on our reforms. Hindi tayo kuntento na bukas ang bidding at bumaba ang presyo ng mga proyekto. We will work to eliminate the "bad eggs", whether they are inside the LGU or contractors.
