● Civil Registry Document Corrections: Fixing errors in your registry records pursuant to Court Order/RA No. 9048/RA10172

● Legitimation of birth

● Issuance of PSA Copy of vital documents thru BREQS: Birth, Marriage, Death, and/or CENOMAR/CEMAR.

● General Inquiries: Any other civil registry concerns.

MOBILE REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DRIVE
Brgy. Aglalana, Passi City, Iloilo | April 14, 2026

The Office of the City Civil Registrar – Passi conducted a Mobile Registration and Information Drive at Barangay Aglalana, Passi City, Iloilo. This initiative aims to provide hassle-free registration services to Passinhons, ensuring convenience and accessibility for all clients.
The drive featured OCCR programs such as:

* BRAP
* Rehistro Mo, Idul-ong Ko
* Legit Ako!
* Kag Basta PWD kag IP ang Registration sa Passi City, Libre!

For inquiries regarding the special programs of OCCR, schedules of mobile registration, and other services, you may visit the Office of the City Civil Registrar, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Iloilo Provincial Statistical Office informs the public that National ID Registration Centers will remain OPEN on April 1, 2026.

Please be informed that the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office VI will be implementing a 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 pursuant to Memorandum Circular no. 114 s.2026 issued by the Office of the President on the adoption of Energy Conservation Protocols and Implementation of the Flexible Work Arrangement.

Celebration of Every Victory: A Celebration of Excellence, Resilience and Unity"

In connection with the celebration of the 36th Civil Registration Month, the Office of the City Civil Registrar, under the leadership of CCR Salome E. Arevalo, expressed its gratitude through "Basta REHISTRO, Be Da BEST!" (Awarding Ceremony) on February 20, 2026 at the City of Passi Arena, Passi City, Iloilo.

This program aimed to give due recognition to individuals, partner agencies and stakeholders who painstakingly gave support and provided invaluable service to OCCR-Passi City and the constituents of the 51 barangays covering Passi City in the implementation of the Civil Registration Program, projects and activities through the years. Aside from these, already registered BRAP beneficiaries of Passi City were awarded their free PSA Certificates of Live Birth.

Guests, awardees and attendees were cordially welcomed by Hon. Ramon Andrei P. Pantin, SP Member of Passi City and the Chairman of the Committee on Tourism and Economic Enterprise. The event was also graced by the presence of the Chief Statistical Specialist of PSA Iloilo PSSO, Eng'r. Jerry L. Dolutan who gave an informative message, Mr. Jean Lito N. Esapol, Statistical Specialist II of the PSA RSSO VI who stressed significant pointers regarding civil registration in behalf of Regional Director Nelida C. Amolar, and PSA staff.

Certificates of Recognition/Appreciation and token were awarded by category, to wit:

Top 3 Performing Barangays on Mobile Registration
Top 3 Performing Barangays on BRAP Implementation
Top 3 Performing Midwives
Top 3 Performing Traditional Birth Attendants (Hilot)

Aside from these, same recognition were also awarded to PSO Dolutan, Mr. Esapol and the following partner agencies, to wit: Leizel P. Espeja Midwife Clinic, Don Valerio Palmares, Sr. Memorial District Hospital, Brgy. Sablogon, Brgy. Alimono, OSCA-Passi City, BSPOs, BNS, BHWs and City Sports and Development Office.

The event was also made significant with the services of Mobile CRS (outright issuance of PSA documents) and Philippine National ID registration, thanks to PSA RSSO VI and PSA Iloilo PSSO, the constituents of Passi City will be forever grateful.

OCCR-Passi City is expressing its gratitude to the City Government of Passi under the dynamic leadership of Atty. Stephen A. Palmares, CPA, City Mayor of Passi, awardees, guests, partner agencies and stakeholders who, in one way or the other have given their time, effort and endless support to make this event successful.
