The City Government of Passi, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Passi City, joins the global celebration of 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 2026 and 𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 with the theme: “𝑫𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒔, 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑨𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔.”

This celebration recognizes the diversity of young people—their experiences, cultures, perspectives, and realities—while highlighting the aspirations that unite us: a future that is **inclusive, peaceful, sustainable, and youth-driven.

As young people continue to take meaningful roles in their communities, may we be reminded that our differences do not divide us. Instead, they make our collective voice stronger and our shared vision more meaningful.

Together, let us 𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏, 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆, 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓 for a generation ready to create positive change.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 2026 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐆!

After a rigorous selection process that included paper screening, essay writing, and panel interviews, the brightest and most promising young leaders have officially emerged to represent the youth of the City of Passi.

Their grand proclamation was one of the most anticipated highlights of the 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 2026, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, held at the Passi City Arena, where more than 2,000 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 from across Western Visayas gathered in a vibrant celebration of leadership, service, and youth empowerment.

The moment became even more historic as the newly appointed Boy and Girl Officials were formally invested with their official sashes by 𝗝𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 “𝗪𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘆” 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼, Assistant Secretary and Commissioner Representing the Visayas of the National Youth Commission; 𝗞𝗿𝗲𝘇𝘆𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘆𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗴𝗻𝗮-𝗝𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘇𝗮𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀, Founder of the Borres Youth Leadership Institute; Krezyl Joyce Pugna-Jardeleza, National Youth Commission Region VI Cluster Head; 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗧𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗡, Provincial Youth Development Officer of Iloilo; and 𝗔𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗩. 𝗔𝗹𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮, Local Youth Development Officer of Alimodian and President of the Local Youth Development Officers Association of Iloilo. Their presence underscored the significance of this milestone and symbolized the commitment of Batch SINAG to lead with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
This remarkable achievement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the City Government of Passi, the Office of the Local Youth Development, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation, the Local Youth Development Council, and in partnership with the Borres Youth Leadership Institute, whose unwavering support continues to empower the next generation of leaders.

Batch SINAG represents a new generation of visionary, compassionate, and action-oriented youth leaders ready to illuminate their communities through servant leadership, innovation, and meaningful public service. As they embark on this journey, may they inspire fellow young Passinhons to become catalysts of positive change and champions of nation-building.

To all the Boy and Girl Officials Aspirants, especially those who may not have advanced to the final roster, thank you for your courage to step forward, your willingness to serve, and your commitment throughout the selection process. Your journey, dedication, and passion have made this program truly meaningful. You are, and will always be, an important part of this milestone. This result does not define your potential—it is only one chapter of your leadership journey. Continue to dream boldly, lead selflessly, and shine brightly in your own unique way.
