🌳TREE CUTTING PERMIT: HOW TO AVAIL🌳

Need to cut or prune a tree? Secure a permit first from the CGENRO Passi City.

💚REQUIREMENTS💚

1. Application Form
2. Certification from the Brgy. Captain
3. Photocopy of Sketch Plan
4. Photocopy of Sketch Plan
5. Certification from the City Mayor
6. Secure Special Power of Attorney if he/she is not the lot owner.
7. Latest payment of taxes
8. Pictures of tree to be cut

Pls see images below for the reference of other processes and permit.

⚠️Cutting & transporting of trees without a valid permit and documentations is a violation of PD 705 Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines.

Exception:
A. Unless the tree threatens to fall in such a way to cause damage to life and properties.
B. When the trees are damaged by lightning or calamities; and
C. When fully grown as approved by the DENR.
