🌊 Happy Month of the Ocean 🌊

A successful Coastal Clean-Up Drive just wrapped up at Brgy. Davila, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. This meaningful initiative was made possible by the LGU Pasuquin, through the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and with the full support of Hon. Robert D. Aguinaldo.

A huge thank you to all our amazing volunteers, partner agencies, barangay officials, and participants! Your collective effort and community spirit are vital in protecting, restoring, and preserving our coastal and marine ecosystems for future generations.

Strict Enforcement of Municipal Ordinance No. SO2020-006

Last May 4 and 6, 2026, the MENR Office distributed notice letters to the public, market vendors, and establishments in and around the public market as part of the strict enforcement of Municipal Ordinance No. SO2020-006.

This aims to raise awareness and ensure compliance in reducing prohibited materials and promoting proper waste management.

By bringing your own reusable bag especially during market days and shopping trips you can help reduce plastic waste and support the implementation of Municipal Ordinance No. SO2020-006 regulating single-use plastics.

It’s a simple habit, but it can make a big difference. Choose reusable, say no to single-use plastics, and help keep our community cleaner and greener for everyone.
