The LGU Pasuquin, through the ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ง๐ฏ๐ข๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐š๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž (๐Œ๐„๐๐‘๐Ž), successfully conducted a ๐‚๐จ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ง-๐”๐ฉ ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž in Barangays ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ง and ๐„๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, with the support of ๐‡๐จ๐ง. ๐‘๐จ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ญ ๐ƒ. ๐€๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ฅ๐๐จ, ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ฉ๐š๐ฅ ๐Œ๐š๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ.

This activity brought together volunteers, partner agencies, barangay officials, and community members who shared their time and effort to help keep our shorelines clean and protect our coastal environment. Beyond collecting waste, the activity also served as a reminder of the importance of working together in caring for our natural resources and promoting responsible environmental stewardship.

In celebration of Arbor Day, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) of Pasuquin conducted a Tree-Growing Activity at Barangay Dilanis, Pasuquin, in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Pasuquin, Barangay Officials, and members of the local community.

The activity highlighted the importance of environmental stewardship by encouraging everyone to take an active role in protecting and preserving our natural resources. Participants joined hands in planting trees an investment that will provide lasting environmental benefits for future generations.

The activity was led by Hon. Robert D. Aguinaldo, Municipal Mayor, with the support of the Sangguniang Bayan and other municipal officials, demonstrating the Local Government Unit's continued commitment to building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable Pasuquin.

Tree growing is more than planting seedlings it is a commitment to nurture them and ensure they thrive for years to come.

As part of Environment Month, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) of Pasuquin conducted a Communication, Education, and Public Awareness (CEPA) on Waste Management on June 20, 2026, for Punong Barangays, Barangay Secretaries, and representative of the Barangay Ecological Solid Waste Management Committee (BESWMC).

The activity aimed to raise awareness on proper waste management and encourage barangay officials to actively support environmental protection in their communities.

Mr. Darell James Coloma Environmental Monitoring Officer of DENR-EMB Region 1 served as the resource speaker and shared insights on environmental issues and solid waste management.

The activity was led and supported by Hon. Robert D. Aguinaldo, Municipal Mayor; Hon. Harry Kitt V. Aguinaldo, Vice Mayor; and Hon. Romel S. Ranay, Sangguniang Bayan Member and Chairperson of the Committee on Environment, with the support of the Sangguniang Bayan and other municipal officials in promoting environmental protection and sustainable waste management in Pasuquin.
Together, let us work towards a cleaner, greener, and more environmentally responsible Pasuquin.

A successful Coastal Clean-Up Drive just wrapped up at Brgy. Davila, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. This meaningful initiative was made possible by the LGU Pasuquin, through the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and with the full support of Hon. Robert D. Aguinaldo.

Strict Enforcement of Municipal Ordinance No. SO2020-006

Last May 4 and 6, 2026, the MENR Office distributed notice letters to the public, market vendors, and establishments in and around the public market as part of the strict enforcement of Municipal Ordinance No. SO2020-006.

This aims to raise awareness and ensure compliance in reducing prohibited materials and promoting proper waste management.
