• ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS MONITORING (AM AND PM) TO THEIR ASSIGNED PARTNERS AS WELL AS THE LIST OF PLACES VISITED FOR 14 DAYS
• FAMILIES OF RETURNING ANTIQUEÑOS(LOCAL and ROFs) ARE IN-CHARGED OF FETCHING THEM IN THE PORT OF ENTRY
• OFWs will Be fetched by the provincial and municipal transport vehicles. BE RESPONSIBLE, PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONES
