OPEN TO ALL
The activity is open to everyone who wishes to participate. All participants are expected to observe these rules and guidelines.
PROPER ATTIRE
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for a water-based activity.
PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
Water guns are the only permitted water-splashing devices. Water balloons, hard or sharp objects, colored liquids, harmful substances, and any item that may cause injury, damage, or discomfort are strictly prohibited.
RESPECT AND SPORTSMANSHIP
Participants must demonstrate respect, courtesy, and good sportsmanship toward fellow participants, performers, organizers, marshals, and spectators throughout the activity.
FOLLOW THE DESIGNATED ROUTE
Participants must stay within the designated parade route and strictly follow the instructions and directions of the organizers and event marshals.
SAFETY AND PROPER CONDUCT
Throwing objects, pushing, fighting, harassment, or any form of reckless, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. Everyone is expected to prioritize safety and act responsibly.
KEEP THE AREA CLEAN
Participants are encouraged to help maintain a clean and orderly environment by properly disposing of trash and avoiding littering before, during, and after the activity.
VIOLATION OF RULES
Participants who violate these rules and guidelines may be warned, disqualified, or removed from the activity, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
