Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Liloan, Malabuyoc, Alegria, Badian, Moalboal), (Bacong, DumagueteCity, Sibulan), (Mambusao, Dumalag), (Bingawan, CityOfPassi, Dueñas, Janiuay, Badiangan), (Taytay and Araceli) within the next 30 minutes to an hour.

The above conditions are being experienced in (MandaueCity, Consolacion, LapuLapuCity), (Sevilla), (Zamboanguita, Dauin, Valencia), (Jamindan, Tapaz), (Calinog, Lambunao), (Roxas, Dumaran and SanVicente) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

As of 2:00 AM today, 17 September 2026, a Low Pressure area (LPA 09e) is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and is "UNLIKELY" to develop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, the Tropical Storm with international name "DUJUAN" (formerly LPA 09d) is being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
