๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฐ, ๐๐๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ The vibrant spirit of Filipino heritage came alive at Pandac Elementary School as the youth of Pandac gathered for the much-anticipated Laro ng Lahi 2025. The event, held last Sunday at 3:00 p.m., was organized by the ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ด๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ป (SK) of ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฐ, with the valuable support of the ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ด-๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐๐ต ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐ (๐ฃ๐ฌ๐๐ฃ) ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ โ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ.
The afternoon was filled with the sights and sounds of classic Filipino games, each one sparking excitement, laughter, and healthy competition among participants. From kadang-kadang to duckpanay, the activities tested the agility, strategy, and camaraderie of the youth, reminding everyone of the joy and significance of preserving traditional play in the modern era.
According to SK Pandac officials, Laro ng Lahi aimed not only to entertain but also to foster unity, sportsmanship, and cultural appreciation among young residents. โItโs about connecting with our roots while building stronger ties within the community,โ Hon. Rochele Mae Tocong, Committee Chairperson.
The PYAP Officer โ Pandac Chapter played a crucial role in extending assistance to ensure the success of the event, further highlighting the collaborative spirit between youth organizations in the barangay.
As the games drew to a close, smiles and shared memories painted the faces of the participants, marking the event as more than just a competitionโit was a heartfelt celebration of heritage, teamwork, and community pride.
