Celebrating strength, leadership, and empowerment as we officially kick off Women’s Month! 💜

The activity was initiated by the MSWD Office, officially commenced with a Motorcade Parade from Barangay Kulisap to Municipal Ground.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the officials and residents of Barangay Kulisap for hosting the starting point of the motorcade and for supporting this meaningful advocacy.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to all participants — LGU employees, National Government Agencies (NGAs), the KALIPI Presidents, and BVAWC Focals — for their active involvement and strong show of unity.

A meaningful highlight of the activity was the Pledge to Protect and Support Women, led by our MLGOO Mr. Rodrigo S. Ararao, where our male participants expressed their commitment to uphold women’s rights and promote gender equality, reaffirming that empowerment is a shared responsibility.

We also extend our gratitude to the KALIPI President Ms. Gina Lomongo for delivering an inspiring message of solidarity and to the Vice Mayor Hon. Joeper H. Mendoza for his message of support, reinforcing the local government’s commitment to advancing women’s empowerment and gender equality.

Here are 5 things kids should never do online, whether they’re studying, playing games, or chatting with friends:
❌ Never share personal information (full name, address, school, phone number)
❌ Avoid talking to strangers
❌ Never click suspicious links or download unknown files
❌ Never agree to meet someone from online
❌ Be careful what you post
By teaching children to stay alert and make safe choices, we help protect them from online risks and exploitation.
