The Cagayan Provincial Learning and Resource Center (CPLRC), in partnership with the University of Cagayan Valley (UCV), is pleased to announce the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐎𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐋𝐄𝐓) 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, a learning initiative designed to help aspiring teachers prepare for the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

This program is 𝐎𝐏𝐄𝐍 𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐋𝐋 𝐂𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍𝐎𝐒 who aspire to become Licensed Professional Teachers.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Strengthen their foundation in LET competencies;
• Learn from experienced and qualified lecturers;
• Build confidence and improve test-taking strategies; and
• Prepare for the board examination at no cost.

Please note that 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐬𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, and registration will be accepted on a 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞, 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬.

8. Certified True copy of Unexpired National Certificates (NC), Trainers Methodology (TM) National TVET Trainers Certificates (NTTC) if applicant for Teaching position;
9. Copy of appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
10. Awards related to performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received; and
11. Name of Character References that includes supervisor, peers, subordinate (if applicable) and clients with email address and contact number.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is now accepting applications for the Expanding Access to Scholarships for Equity Groups (EASE) Program for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Eligible incoming first-year college students who belong to any Special Equity Group (SEG) and meet the program's eligibility requirements are encouraged to apply.
