DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 71 s. 2021
RECRUITMENT, EVALUATION, AND REPLACEMENT OF TEACHER I APPLICANTS AT THE ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY LEVEL FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022.
PENARANDA CENTRAL SCHOOL is now accepting Application papers for the Teacher I Position for School Year 2021 -2022.
Interested applicants shall submit two (2) folders directly to the Office of the Principal. The folder shall contain the following documents:
1. Application Letter
2. CSC Form 212 with the latest 2x2 ID picture
3. Certified photocopy of PRC Professional Identification Card
4. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET)
or Professional Board Examination for Teachers (PBET)
5. Certified copy of Transcript of Records
6. Copies of Service Record, Performance Rating, and School Clearance for those with teaching
experience
7. Certificates of specialized training, if any
8. Certified copy of Voter’s ID and/or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School
Screening Committee
9. NBI Clearance
10. Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of documents submitted signed by the Applicant
11. Barangay Certification of Residency (at least 6 months)
12. Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA)
Old applicants who wish to retain their previous ratings in Interview and Demonstration Teaching shall attach their letter of intent.
