LOCATION: 1,155 KM EAST NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (25.9°N, 131.7°E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 65 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 80 KM/H
MOVEMENT: EASTWARD AT 10 KM/H

Abra and Benguet will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to southwest monsoon. A tropical storm Krovanh (2624) {Formerly "Pilandok"} was located at 1,035 Km East Northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon (25.6°N, 130.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Eastward at 10 km/h.

Abra and Benguet will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Cordillera Administrative Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to southwest monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to severe thunderstorms.
