It is moving East Northeastward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

The provinces of Abra and Benguet will experience occasional rains due to the Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the rest of the Cordillera Administrative Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

It is moving North Northwestward at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and the western section of Visayas.
