August 8, 2026 โ€“ PMAJ MAXIM V. PERALTA, Chief of Police of Pigcawayan Municipal Police Station, conducted the "Kaagapay ang Pulisya para sa Epektibong Hangarin na Ayusin ang Nasasakupan" (K.A.P.E.H.A.N.) together with his colleagues in Barangay.

The activity was participated in by barangay officials, BPAT members, purok leaders, and community residents, strengthening collaboration, coordination, and mutual cooperation between law enforcement and the community. Participants were encouraged to remain vigilant, promptly report any suspicious or unlawful activities, and actively engage in programs and initiatives that promote a safe, peaceful, and orderly community.

RELIEF GOODS DISTRIBUTION FOR 180 EVACUEES|| Maraming salamat sa Office of the Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua for providing a Relief Goods for our Evacuees through Project Tabang.

The Relief Goods contains 25kls of Rice with Groceries.

The BLGU BULUCAON headed by Mark Oliver Valenzuela, Punong Barangay are thankful also to Project Tabang Manager, Mr. Brahim "Bobby" Lacua and Mr. Norodin Donton, Rapid Reaction Team Head.

The Barangay Bulucaon Level 2 Accreditation for Adolescent Friendly Health Facility (AFHF)

This achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork, and shared commitment of everyone who worked tirelessly to provide quality, safe, and youth-friendly health services for our adolescents.

Thank you to our Barangay Councils headed by Punong Barangay Mark Oliver Valenzuela together with the Committee Chair for Health Nilfa Bantolo, for your unwavering leadership and support for this Level II Accreditation. Thank you also to Sangguniang Kabataan, headed by Mark Jhone Palomero, for your generous support that helped make this Accreditation possible.

Our deepest appreciation also to our Barangay Nurse, Maam Princess Sayeda Vana, and our Midwife, Maam Justine Mae Ibnol, whose dedication, expertise, and countless hours of hard work kept this journey moving forward. To all our Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), thank you for your selfless service especially for providing what's the indicators needed to provide. Every effort you made contributed to this success of this accreditation.
