Lecture on Child Protection and Rights of Children and Anti-Bullying Awareness
On Augsut 29,2026 , personnel of Pikit Municipal Police Station conducted a lecture on Child Protection and Rights of Children and Anti-Bullying Awareness among the pupils of Pikit Central Elementary School.
The activity focused on increasing the participants' awareness of the rights and welfare of children, their protection from abuse, exploitation, discrimination, and other forms of violence. The discussion also emphasized the different forms of bullying, including physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying, as well as their possible effects on victims.
The participants were likewise reminded to report incidents of bullying, abuse, or any threat to their safety to trusted adults, school authorities, or the proper authorities. The lecture encouraged students to respect one another, promote kindness and inclusivity, and become responsible members of the school and community.
