Pikit, Cotabato, the simultaneous anti-criminality of the Pikit Municipal Police Station successfully resulted to the arrest of Most Wanted Person Top 10 Municipal Level.
October 03, 2023 Intelligence Operative of Pikit MPS received an information from BIN that the person of alias "Blah", 19 years old, married, driver and a resident Barangay Macabual, Pikit, Cotabato was sighted at Barangay Poblacion, Pikit, Cotabato. Immediately Tracker Team of Pikit MPS led by PMAJ ARVIN JOHN B. CAMBANG together with personnel of CIDG 12, North Cotabato PFU conducted short briefing and proceeded at the abovementioned place to arrest the accused. Said person was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Two Counts of Sec 5, ART III of R.A.7610 (Lascivious Conduct) with Criminal Case No.23-217,23-218 issued by Hon. Rainera Pareja Osua, Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court 12 Branch 28 Midsayap, Cotabato with Php 80,000.00 Bail Bond recommended dated August 16,2023. Upon the arrest, the accused was duly informed of the nature of his offense as well as his Constitutional Rights under Miranda Doctrine and Anti-Torture Law. Further, he was brought to Pikit MPS for documentation, thereafter brought to Cruzado Medical Hospital and Clinic for Physical/medical examination.
