UPLIFT ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION

📍 Venue: Bulol Covered Court, Barangay Bulol, Ligawasan, SGA, BARMM

📅 Petsa: Agosto 25, 2025

📋 Mga Kailangang Dalhin:

1. National ID – 2 colored photocopies (Xerox copies).

2. BBM Portal Registration – Any proof of registration, either printed or in screenshot form.

3. BBM Portal Error Message or “Paumanhin” – Alternative sign-in through eGov.

4. Account Number– GCash, LANDBANK, PalawanPay, Maya, Cebuana, BDO Network Bank, or any other Financial Service Provider.

5. General Intake Sheet and Certificate of Eligibility Forms– To be submitted during the payout.

6. Certificate of Eligibility without a date indicated
*Certificate of Eligibility with the client's name and signature.

Ang mga benepisyaryo ng Walang Gutom Program at 4P's na kabilang sa listahan ng UPLIFT ay hindi kwalipikado sa UPLIFT Assistance. Dahil dito, sila ay awtomatikong madi-disqualify sa programa.

P**i Sundan lamang po itong mga sumusunod na Instructions.

Step 1: Magregister sa EGov App, kung wala pa po kayung account. but before that, make sure na Madownload nyu sa Google Playtore ang EGOV APP.

Step 2: Kung mayron na po kayung sa EGOV App, maari din po kayung mag direct sign in through https://uplift-g2p.dswd.gov.ph/signin/egov and make sure po na kayu ay may national id at iba pang mga valid na ID, gaya ng voter's id or voter's certificate.

Step 3: Magregister ulit sa DSWD app through this site https://bbmserbisyo.dswd.gov.ph/ then follow step/instruction lamang po para po ma verifica kayu. open niyo lang po ang link na ito and then p**i fill up lamang ang mga sumosunod.

Step 4: Meron Choices kung saan ipapadala ang inyong matatangap na pera, maari po kayung mamili kung Gcash Account or sa Landbank ATM o sa iba pang bank na available sa system.
