As organizers, the City of Balanga Sangguniang Kabataan Federation reaffirms its unwavering commitment to integrity, transparency, and sportsmanship. Throughout the tournament, we endeavored to administer the league with fairness, impartiality, and equal respect for all participating teams, guided by the established rules and decisions of the league. While no competition is ever without challenges or differing opinions, every effort was made to ensure that each team was given a fair and equitable opportunity to compete. This commitment remains steadfast and will continue to guide all future tournaments and programs that we organize.
