RED WARNING LEVEL: Zambales(San Felipe, San Marcelino, San Narciso, Castillejos, San Antonio, Subic, Olongapo), (Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Orani, Morong, Samal, Abucay, Balanga, Pilar, Orion, Bagac) and Pampanga(Lubao, Sasmuan, Macabebe, Masantol, Floridablanca).
ASSOCIATED HAZARD: Serious FLOODING in flood-prone areas.

ORANGE WARNING LEVEL: Tarlac, Zambales(Botolan, Cabangan, Candelaria, Iba, Masinloc, Palauig, Santa Cruz), (Mariveles, Limay), Pampanga(Apalit, Arayat, Bacolor, Candaba, San Fernando, Magalang, Mexico, Minalin, San Luis, San Simon, Santa Ana, Santo Tomas, Angeles, Mabalacat, Guagua, Porac, Santa Rita) and Bulacan(Baliuag, Bustos, Pandi, Bulakan, Balagtas, Guiguinto, Plaridel, Pulilan, Malolos, Paombong, Calumpit, Hagonoy).
ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING is still THREATENING.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 2:00 PM today.

ASSOCIATED HAZARD: Serious FLOODING is expected in flood-prone areas.

ORANGE WARNING LEVEL: (Abucay, Bagac, Balanga, Limay, Mariveles, Morong, Orani, Orion, Pilar, Samal, Hermosa)

ASSOCIATED HAZARD: FLOODING is still THREATENING.

The public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned are advised to MONITOR the weather condition and watch for the next warning to be issued at 11:00 AM today

As of 2:00 PM today, 3 September 2026, LPA 08m has dissipated.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “PILANDOK” and Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly “OBET”) are being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Additionally, a Low Pressure area (LPA 09a) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has a "MEDIUM" potential of developing into tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from PAGASA-DOST.

As of 2:00 PM today, 2 September 2026, Tropical Storm "PILANDOK" is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly OBET) and LPA 08m are being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR. LPA 08m has a "LOW" chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

As of 8:00 AM today, 1 September 2026, “PILANDOK” (formerly LPA 08j) intensified into a Tropical Storm and is being monitored INSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm “SAUDEL” (formerly OBET) is still being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR.

Additionally, Tropical Depression (LPA 08l) weakened into a low pressure area and has an UNLIKELY chance of re-developing into a tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours.

Also, LPA 08m is being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has a MEDIUM chance of developing into a TD within the next 24 hours.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.
