In line with Pilar Municipal Police Station's commitment to proactive policing, personnel conducted a mobile patrol operation in the vicinity of Barangay Maasin on August 31, 2026, led by PSSg Elbert C Escuyos Asst. CAD PNCO under the supervision of PCPT IRWIN A PILOTON, ACOP. The activity was carried out to strengthen police visibility, closely monitor strategic areas, prevent the occurrence of crimes, and ensure the safety and security of the public through continuous preventive patrol operations.

Strengthening Security Through Strategic Checkpoint
On August 31, 2026, Personnel of Pilar Municipal Police Station conducted a checkpoint operation at Brgy. Pilaring, Pilar Surigao del Norte. Led by PCPT IRWIN A. PILOTON, ACOP. The activity formed part of Pilar MPS's intensified anti criminality campaign aimed at enhancing police visibility, deterring criminal activities, preventing the movement of wanted persons and other law violators, enforcing traffic laws, and ensuring the safety and security of motorists, commuters, and the general public. Through sustained checkpoint operations, Pilar MPS remains steadfast in its commitment to maintaining peace and order and providing a safe and secure environment for the community.
