The Local Government Unit of Pili, Camarines Sur is pleased to announce the implementation of the 20 Pesos Rice Program, which will officially begin on:

🕛 8:00AM onwards
📍Venue: Pili Municipal Sports Complex
⏳ Until supplies last

WHO CAN AVAIL?

✔️ Only bona fide residents of the Municipality of Pili, Camarines Sur are eligible to purchase.

The program is available to all qualified Pili residents, including:

✅ Senior Citizens
✅ Persons with Disabilities (PWD's)
✅ 4Ps Beneficiaries
✅ RSBSA- Registered Farmers
✅ Registered Fisherfolks
✅ Solo Parents
✅ Drivers and other Transport Sector Workers
✅ Low-Income Earners
✅ Other qualified residents of the Municipality of Pili

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

📌 Price: 20 pesos per kilogram
📌 Maximum purchase: 10 kilograms per valid ID.
📌 One (1) valid government-issued ID must be presented upon purchase, together with any supporting document, if applicable.
📌 Rice will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last.
📌 Please observe proper queuing and follow the instructions of LGU personnel to ensure an orderly and smooth distribution.

The Municipal Agriculture Office (MAgO) of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pili, Camarines Sur, in partnership with the Livestock Banner Program, is committed to bringing free, timely, and quality veterinary care directly to our communities. This activity is made possible under the leadership of Mayor Marivic B. Solano, with the supervision of Acting Municipal Head Sir Geronimo R. Ayo, Jr., RAgr and Focal Livestock Person Ma’am Joan A. Balisnomo, RAgr and carried out by the dedicated Livestock Team composed of Ms. Aiza M. Tagum, RAgr, Mr. Rodel D. Tuazon, Mr. Geovani O. Sanchez, Mr. Jaymark B. Magtarayo, and Mr. Josue C. Besinal.

Owner: Mrs. Teresita Panuelos
Services provided to one (1) carabao:
• Castration
• Nose ring fitting
• Administration of vitamin and antibiotic
• Spraying with Combinex

🐷 📍 Barangay Del Rosario
Owner: Mr. Joseph Bonto
Services rendered:
• Injected DCM and Oxytocin to one (1) sow to stimulate milk production
• Performed palpation and examination on another (1) sow to check for retained placenta
• Assisted seven (7) piglets in nursing from the dam

🏠🐾 HOUSE-TO-HOUSE VACCINATION PROGRAM

📅 Date: June 19, 2026

Under the Livestock Banner Program, the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAgO) of the Local Government of Pili under the Leadership of Mayor MARIVIC B. SOLANO, successfully conducted DAY 1 of this house-to-house vaccination activity, bringing life-saving protection and health services directly to the homes of residents. Led by Sir GERONIMO R. AYO, JR., RAgr – Acting Municipal Agriculturist Head, together with Ma’am JOAN A. BALISNOMO, RAgr – Livestock Focal Person, Sir AUGUSTO C. CANON – Rabies Eradication Program, and the hardworking Livestock Team, this initiative ensures that no animal is left unprotected and that pet owners receive proper guidance without the need to travel far.

📍 Location: Brgy. Anayan, Pili, Camarines Sur
🗺️ Areas Covered: Zone 1, Zone 3, Zone 4, Zone 5, Zone 6, Zone 7

This activity was made successful through the full support and cooperation of Hon. CESAR E. ESTRADA, Barangay Captain, alongside the Barangay Kagawads who guided the team, assisted in locating households, and facilitated smooth coordination throughout the operation.

📊 1ST DAY VACCINATION REPORT:
✅ 365 dogs and cats vaccinated against rabies
✅ 172 farmers and pet owners served and educated on proper animal care, disease prevention, and rabies awareness

This effort is more than just a routine activity — it is our commitment to safeguard both animal welfare and public health. By protecting our pets and livestock, we are also protecting the safety and well-being of every family and building a healthier, rabies-free community in Pili.

This activity was conducted under the supervision of Sir Geronimo R. Ayo, RAgr – Acting Municipal Agriculturist Head, and carried out by Ma’am Joan A. Balisnomo, RAgr – Livestock Focal Person, together with Ms. Aiza M. Tagum, RAgr – Livestock Technician; Mr. Jay Mark B. Magtarayo - Livestock Technician; Mr. Jobie Inocencio C. Naldo - Livestock Technician; Mr. Rodel D. Tuazon - Livestock Technician; Mr. Geovani O. Sanchez - Livestock Technician and Mr. Bobby R. Teoxon - Driver.

✅ 1. Bagong Sirang Himaao Agriculture Cooperative (BSHAC) Goat Farm
📍 Brgy. Bagong Sirang
• 13 goats – administered vitamin supplements
• 10 goats – dewormed

✅ 2. Pili Highland Women Agriculture Cooperative Goat Farm
📍 Brgy. Sto Niño
• 9 goats – administered vitamin supplements
• 6 goats – dewormed
• 1 doe and 1 kid – given antibiotic treatment
• 1 kid – given iron supplement
• 1 doe – underwent retained placenta removal and sprayed with Combinex

📍 Brgy. Sto Niño
• 2 fattener piglets (including 1 mixed fattener piglet) and 1 carabao – administered vitamin supplements
• 1 mixed fattener piglet, 1 fattener piglet, and 3 native piglets – dewormed

Our livestock team successfully conducted House-to-House Mass Anti-Rabies Vaccination in Barangay New San Roque, Pili, Camarines Sur, under the Livestock Banner Program, in partnership with the Municipal Agriculturist Office (MAgO), led by Mr. Geronimo R. Ayo, Jr., RAgr. Acting Municipal Agriculturist Head and the Local Government of Pili.

🐶🐱 393 dogs and cats vaccinated against rabies
👩‍🌾🧑‍🌾 205 farmers served and assisted with technical support and livestock management guidance

This activity was made possible through the strong leadership and full support of Hon. Yolanda M. Beriña, Barangay Captain, and the entire Barangay Council.
