CAAP NAGA CELEBRATES 126th PCSA! ✨✈️

In celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme "Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan," CAAP Naga Airport actively participated in and spearheaded a series of meaningful activities throughout the month of September:

🤝 Community Outreach Program - September 12, 2026

CAAP Naga Airport organized a community outreach activity bringing assistance and genuine service to residents at Sitio Caboclodan, Brgy. San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur.

✍️ Signing of the Lingkod Bayan Commitment Wall - September 14, 2026

Held after the flag-raising ceremony, CAAP Naga Airport personnel—together with partners from PNP AvSeU 5 and the Office for Transportation Security (OTS)—signed the commitment wall to pledge their dedication to public service excellence and integrity.

🌱 CSC Mangrove Tree Planting Activity - September 26, 2026

CAAP Naga Airport personnel joined the Mangrove Tree Planting activity organized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) at Sabang, Calabanga, Camarines Sur, supporting coastal protection and environmental stewardship.

These initiatives reaffirm CAAP Naga’s commitment to extend meaningful service, strengthen inter-agency partnerships, and serve our nation with heart, honor, and excellence.

The 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗣) joins the nation in observing the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 (𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗠) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 this July.

CAAP continues to strengthen initiatives that promote vigilance, encourage responsible reporting, and support inter-agency efforts to fight trafficking and protect those at risk.
Human trafficking is a crime that demands sustained action beyond awareness. Let's foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and shared responsibility to safeguard lives and ensure that every journey begins and ends with safety, dignity, and respect.

On 22 June 2026, CAAP personnel from its Central Office and various airports, including Busuanga Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Naga Airport, and San Vicente Airport, donned blue shirts and tops for "Blue Monday" to visually express support and solidarity with forcibly displaced and stateless people, in celebration of National Refugee Day 2026.

The National Refugee Day (NRD), which is officially observed this year on 23 June with the theme “Solutions in Motion: Rebuilding Futures Together," is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 265, series of 2023.
