The 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝘃𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 (𝗖𝗔𝗔𝗣) joins the nation in observing the 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 (𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗠) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 this July.
With this year's theme, "𝗜𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻, 𝗜𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗸𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻: 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗴𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻!", the observance highlights the importance of collective action in preventing human trafficking and protecting the rights and dignity of every individual.
CAAP continues to strengthen initiatives that promote vigilance, encourage responsible reporting, and support inter-agency efforts to fight trafficking and protect those at risk.
Human trafficking is a crime that demands sustained action beyond awareness. Let's foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and shared responsibility to safeguard lives and ensure that every journey begins and ends with safety, dignity, and respect.

On 22 June 2026, CAAP personnel from its Central Office and various airports, including Busuanga Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Naga Airport, and San Vicente Airport, donned blue shirts and tops for "Blue Monday" to visually express support and solidarity with forcibly displaced and stateless people, in celebration of National Refugee Day 2026.

The National Refugee Day (NRD), which is officially observed this year on 23 June with the theme “Solutions in Motion: Rebuilding Futures Together," is pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 265, series of 2023.
