WATCH | Launching of TUGON Gainza LGRC and OGAMA Portal ✨

The DILG Municipal Operations Office of Gainza successfully launched the TUGON Gainza LGRC and OGAMA Portal, led by MLGOO Nela J. de la Calzada, under the guidance of DILG Camarines Sur Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V, and Cluster Head Engr. Jerwin A. Novio, Ph.D.

The activity was highlighted by messages of commitment from the Municipal Mayor Hon. Glenn Romeo M. Gontang, Vice Mayor Hon. Jose A. Teodoro Jr., and Liga ng mga Barangay President Hon. Glenn E. San Buenaventura, reflecting a shared vision for responsive and innovative local governance.

While LGRCs are traditionally initiated by DILG Field Offices, TUGON Gainza presents opportunities for greater LGU ownership and institutionalization, paving the way for its continued expansion as a hub for knowledge sharing, capacity development, and improved public service delivery.

WATCH | EducGovConnect: Strengthening Interagency Collaboration for Safe, Informed, and Empowered Learners! 📚

Bringing government agencies together toward a shared commitment to learner development, EducGovConnect was officially launched on October 8, 2026, at Antipolo Elementary School, Minalabac, Camarines Sur.

The initiative serves as an innovative platform for interagency collaboration, bringing essential government programs and services directly to the school community through partnerships among the DILG, DepEd, PNP, BFP, LGU Minalabac, and other local stakeholders.

Led by LGOO VI Salvacion Gladdy San Joaquin, the initiative received strong support from Minalabac Mayor Hon. James Colin Lizardo and DILG Camarines Sur Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V, represented by Cluster I Head Engr. Jerwin A. Novio, highlighting their shared commitment to inter-agency collaboration and community-centered governance.

WATCH | SK Canaman Leadership, Mentorship, and Term-End Evaluation

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Canaman, in coordination with DILG Canaman led by MLGOO Virginia S. Pascual, conducted the Leadership, Mentorship, and Term-End Evaluation on August 27–28, 2026, at PMAQ Ville Resort, Pili, Camarines Sur. The two-day activity provided a venue for SK officials to assess their accomplishments, reflect on their leadership experiences, and draw valuable lessons from their service to the youth and their communities.

The activity was graced by DILG Camarines Sur Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V, and Cluster Head Engr. Jerwin A. Novio, who shared their guidance and insights with the young leaders, further encouraging them to build on the gains of their term and carry forward the values of accountability, responsive leadership, and meaningful youth participation as they continue to serve their communities. 🌱✨

DILG Camarines Sur Cluster 1 recognized its Best Performing C1 MLGOOs for May and June 2026, as well as the 2nd Quarter SIRANG Awardees, during the 3rd Quarter Cluster Meeting held on August 18, 2026 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.
