ARAL TUTOR PROGRAM: Simplified Guide

Ano ang ARAL Tutor?
Ang ARAL Tutor ay tumutulong sa mga learners na nahihirapan sa Reading, Math, at Science. Tutok ang pagtuturo para matulungan silang makahabol sa tamang learning level.

Pwedeng one-on-one ang tutorial o small group, pero kung grupo, hanggang 1 tutor sa 15 learners lang.

Sino ang pwedeng maging ARAL Tutor?
Pwedeng mag-apply ang:

1. DepEd teachers
2. Licensed teachers outside DepEd
3. Retired professional teachers
4. Para-teachers
5. Pre-service teachers o education students
6. Non-licensed education graduates
7. Other licensed professionals
8. College graduates
9. Qualified community members na may good moral character

Mas preferred kung may experience sa tutoring, remedial teaching, o actual teaching, taga-barangay o community ng school, at may strength sa Reading, Science, or Math.

Basic Requirements
Kailangan may:

* Tamang educational or professional background
* Kakayahang magturo ng subject area
* Willingness na sumailalim sa DepEd/accredited training
* Good moral character
* Walang criminal record o issue na delikado sa learners

Documents na Ihahanda
Para sa external applicants, usually kailangan ang:

* Expression of Intent
* Personal Data Sheet
* Proof of LET eligibility, license, rating, or professional ID kung applicable
* PRC permit kung para-teacher
* Certificate of Good Moral Character or barangay clearance
* Transcript of Records or grades
* Training certificates kung meron

Paano Mag-apply?
Mag-apply kapag may Call for ARAL Tutors ang school head.

Ang announcement dapat may details tulad ng school name, duties, incentives, qualifications, requirements, deadline, at timeline ng selection.

Ipasa ang application sa School Head o sa school’s Administrative Officer II. Pwedeng online submission kung papayagan ng school.

Pagkatapos magsubmit, irereview ng screening committee ang documents. Pwedeng magkaroon ng interview o assessment. Kapag pasado, irerekomenda ang applicant sa Schools Division Superintendent for approval.

Kapag approved, aayusin ng HRMO ang ARAL Tutor Engagement Agreement.

Para sa openings:
Magtanong sa pinakamalapit na public school, bisitahin ang Schools Division Office website or page, o magtanong direkta sa school head kung may active Call for ARAL Tutors.

Himaao Elementary School is looking for dedicated Volunteer ARAL Tutors who are willing to share their time and knowledge to support our learners.
🕒 Duration: 3 hours per day for 20 days
📍 Location: Himaao Elementary

🎓 Incentives:

• Certificate of Participation (for non-DepEd volunteers)
