🎓 GRADUATION CEREMONY

The Community Affairs Office (CAO) successfully concluded the 5-Day Livelihood Skills Training Cum Production on Food Processing (Cakes and Cookies), empowering participants with valuable knowledge and practical skills in cake and cookie production.

This program was spearheaded by Ms. Dolores G. Bongalos, CAO Acting Head, together with Mr. Alfon John D. Pato, GAD Focal Person, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Marivic Solano.
The graduation ceremony was graced by Municipal Acting Vice Mayor Nechita "Yeye" Malate, Hon. Kgwd. Maria Mercedita Violeta, Committee on Livelihood, and Hon. Kgwd. Bing Regondola, whose presence and support inspired the participants.

Special appreciation is extended to Ms. Fernalyn Cabañes, our Resource Person, for generously sharing her expertise and guiding the trainees throughout the program.
To all the participants, thank you for your dedication and active participation during the five-day training. May the skills and knowledge you have gained serve as a foundation for new livelihood opportunities, entrepreneurship, and a better future for your families and communities.

The Graduation Ceremony for the Livelihood Skills Training on Electrical Installation and Native Kakanin was truly a meaningful and memorable occasion filled with admiration and heartfelt gratitude for everyone who made this program possible.

We extend our deepest appreciation to Ms. Dolores G. Bongalos, CAO Acting Head, for her guidance and unwavering support; Hon. Marivic Solano, Municipal Mayor, for her strong commitment to community empowerment; Hon. Maria Mercedita C. Violeta, Municipal Councilor and Committee on Livelihood; Ms. Ma. Carissa De Jesus, CAO Focal Person; and Mr. Alfon John N. Pato, GAD Focal Person, for their dedication to inclusive and empowering initiatives.

We also sincerely thank our guest and supportive officials Hon. Bing Regondola, Hon. MamaLou Baltazar, Hon. Ronald Boclot, and Hon. Yeye Malate for gracing the event and showing their full support to our graduates. Our heartfelt gratitude goes as well to our trainers, Mr. Abel Bellarmino (Instructor II, TESDA Ragay) and Ms. Sarah Jane Regaspi, for their patience, dedication, and passion in sharing their knowledge and skills.
