Lawaan, Pinabacdao, Samar.

The team’s participation underscores the continued support of the Philippine National Police in promoting education, fostering community engagement, and encouraging the youth of Lawaan in their academic and personal development.

This initiative is designed to ease the financial burden on families during the transition to high school, while strengthening the partnership between the community and the Philippine National Police under the Revitalized-Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) program.

The RPSB Team Lawaan, led by PLT DIODADO A ARPON JR, Team Leader, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL MICHAEL JUDE P DOTINGCO, Force Commander of 2nd SPMFC, and under the leadership of PCOL ARWIN M TADEO, Provincial Director of SPPO, participated in the Graduation Day of Lawaan Elementary School as guest speaker of the ceremony.

During this ceremony, PLT DIOSDADO A ARPON JR delivered an inspiring message to the pupils and emphasized the importance of having a strong will and determination to never surrender in pursuing their dreams.

He encouraged the graduates to remain focused on their goals despite challenges and obstacles, reminding them that perseverance, discipline, and faith are key to achieving success. He further highlighted that education is a vital foundation in shaping their future and urged them to become responsible and productive members of the community.

This initiative ensures a safe, orderly, and peaceful registration process, strengthening democratic participation and public trust.
