Maraming-maraming salamat po! 🥹
Being recognized as a National Finalist for TWO TIMES in the Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards is something I will always be grateful for. Hindi lang ito simpleng recognition—patunay ito na kahit mula sa isang barangay, kayang umabot sa national stage ang mga programang ginagawa nang may puso, malasakit, at tunay na layunin para sa kabataan.

Sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng aming journey—sa aking SK Councils ng Guinhawa, Papandayan at Lumambayan, Barangay Council, partner agencies and organizations, volunteers, supporters, at higit sa lahat, sa Kabataan ng Barangay Calingag—MARAMING SALAMAT! ❤️
Hindi magiging posible ang pagkilalang ito kung wala ang inyong tiwala, suporta, pakikiisa, at paniniwala sa bawat proyektong ating sinimulan.
Ang pagiging National Finalist nang dalawang beses ay hindi lamang achievement ng isang SK Chairperson o ng isang konseho. Achievement ito ng buong komunidad. Achievement ito ng bawat kabataang naniwala na may magagawa tayo.

At sa bawat pagkakataon, dala natin ang pangalan ng Barangay Calingag sa national stage. 🇵🇭

Salamat, Lord, sa blessings at pagkakataong makapaglingkod. 🙏

At sa lahat ng patuloy na naniniwala sa amin—this recognition inspires us to dream bigger, serve better, and do more.

Hindi dito nagtatapos ang laban. Mas pagbubutihin pa natin. Mas marami pa tayong kabataang tutulungan. Mas marami pa tayong pangarap na gagawing realidad.

Dahil sa huli, hindi naman tungkol sa award ang tunay na tagumpay—kundi sa buhay ng mga kabataang nababago at nabibigyan natin ng pagkakataon at pag-asa.

Ngayong Agosto 12, ipinagdiriwang natin ang lakas, talento, pagkamalikhain, at mahalagang papel ng bawat kabataan sa paghubog ng mas magandang kinabukasan.

Ang kabataan ay hindi lamang pag-asa ng bayan—tayo rin ang mga lider, tagapaglingkod, at tagapagpasimula ng pagbabago ngayon. Sa ating mga ideya, kakayahan, at sama-samang pagkilos, kaya nating bumuo ng isang komunidad na mas maunlad, mapagmalasakit, at nagkakaisa.

Patuloy tayong mangarap, kumilos, at maging inspirasyon sa kapwa kabataan.

FREE TRAVEL TO CALAPAN | TRABAHOPE 2026 🚌💙

No dream should be limited by distance.

Through the TRABAHOPE 2026: Path to Employment Initiative, 18 first-time job seekers were provided FREE transportation to Calapan City to complete essential pre-employment requirements. This initiative aims to remove transportation barriers and ensure that our youth are equipped with the necessary documents needed to begin their employment journey.

We are proud to share that all 18 participants successfully secured their Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate, NBI Clearance, and PhilHealth registration, bringing them one step closer to meaningful and sustainable employment.

This milestone would not have been possible without the generous support of our WorkingVice Mayor Ng Bayan, Hon. Aristeo Apasan Baldos Jr., who graciously provided the service vehicle for the entire trip. Your dedication to empowering the youth and expanding access to employment opportunities continues to make a lasting impact on our community.

Together, we are proving that when leaders and communities work hand in hand, every opportunity becomes more accessible, and every dream becomes more attainable.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Calingag together with the Partners SK Guinhawa, SK Lumambayan, and SK Papandayan successfully concluded the Two-Day TRABAHOPE Workshop Training, bringing together young individuals eager to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today's competitive workforce.

Throughout the two-day workshop, participants actively engaged in interactive learning sessions focused on:
