‎On May 6, 2026, an Internal Quality Audit, Livelihood Education Access Program (LEAP) Monitoring, and Performance Management Audit was conducted pursuant to RO Special Order No. 0071 s. 2026 dated April 20, 2026, Re: Amendment to RO Special Order No. 0002 s. 2026 re: Internal Quality Audit, Livelihood Education Access Program (LEAP) Monitoring, and Performance Management Audit at the Oriental Mindoro Province Parole and Probation Office located at the Hall of Justice, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.

‎The audit was successfully conducted through the unity and cooperation of the Audit Team under the guidance of ROIC Bennyrose D. Arnecilla and OIC/ARD Ivan D. Loisaga, with the assistance of Sr. PPO Cristina G. Castillo, Acct. II John Michael Prince D. Garbo, and ADA IV Karen Kyle P. Japlos. The activity was likewise made possible through the full cooperation and support of the Oriental Mindoro Province PPO personnel headed by CPPO Eufracio M. Macalalad, together with Sr. PPO Alexander A. Pareja, and with the assistance of ADA Genesis D. Atienza, ADA Moriah Faith R. Velasco, ADA Deserie S. Romion, GIP Baby Princess Judith A. Helmo, and GIP Kenneth M. Torres.

‎The audit findings served as a guide for the office to further improve the quality of its services. Areas identified for improvement will be properly addressed, while the suggestions and recommendations of the Audit Team will be willingly complied with for the betterment and continuous development of the office.

‎In conclusion, the conduct of the audit strengthened the office’s commitment to maintaining quality service, accountability, and continuous improvement in the implementation of programs and services. Through collaboration, openness to recommendations, and dedication to excellence, the Oriental Mindoro Province PPO remains steadfast in its mission to deliver efficient and responsive public service.

𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 16, 2026/ 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘

On April 16, 2026, a Community Service was conducted at Sto. Niño Parish, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro by the ROMANBUL Cluster (Roxas, Mansalay, and Bulalacao probationers and parolees), under the guidance of CPPO Eufracio M. Macalalad and with the utilization of Volunteer Probation Assistants (VPA). The activity was facilitated by ADA Deserie S. Romion together with VPA Pastora Darylyn S. Romion.

This initiative strengthened the relationship between the probationers and parolees and the community, fostering trust, cooperation, and a sense of shared responsibility. Through active participation in church and community service, the clients were able to demonstrate positive change, restore social connections, and build a more meaningful relationship with the community anchored in faith, respect, and accountability.

Sincere appreciation was also extended to the VPA Romion for her humble support and valuable contribution to the success of the activity.

𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 14, 2026/ 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗬

On April 14, 2026, a Spiritual Enhancement Activity was conducted for the Pola–Bongabong Cluster composed of probationers and parolees at the Mayor’s Conference Room, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro. The activity was held under the initiative of Sr. PPO Alexander A. Pareja and with the guidance of CPPO Eufracio M. Macalalad.

The Word of God from Deuteronomy 31:6 was shared by ADA Deserie S. Romion: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you.”

This passage served as a powerful reminder that in every journey of restoration and transformation, God remains faithful. He continually provides strength, courage, and hope, assuring that each individual walks not in isolation, but under His abiding presence as they embrace a renewed beginning in His grace.

𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 14, 2026/ 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗖 𝗦𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡

On April 14, 2026, a Morning Meeting and Therapeutic Community (TC) Session were conducted to the Pola - Bongabong Cluster at the Mayor’s Conference Room, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.

The activity was headed and facilitated by Temporary Officer-in-Charge as per ROSO No. 0066 s. 2026, Sr. PPO Alexander A. Pareja with the guidance of CPPO Eufracio M. Macalalad.

The TC Session was divided into two phases. Phase I was facilitated by VPA Ruben Engracia, ADA Deserie Romion, and ADA Moriah Faith Velasco. Meanwhile, Phase II was facilitated by Sr. PPO Alexander A. Pareja together with ADA Genesis Atienza.

Overall, the activity was successfully conducted, promoting participation and personal growth among the clients. The office also extends its sincere appreciation to VPA Engracia for his dedicated service and support in the implementation of the session.

𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘-𝗧𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗗 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗣𝗢

The Oriental Mindoro Province Parole and Probation Office successfully conducted the Orientation for beneficiaries of the DOLE-TUPAD Program on April 16, 2026, following the prior validation activity held on April 7, 2026.

This initiative was carried out under the guidance of 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘂𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗠. 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 and with the leadership of 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗮, whose commitment ensured the smooth and effective implementation of the program.

The success of the activity was further strengthened through the dedicated support of DOLE Oriental Mindoro, particularly with the presence of 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗕. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻, TUPAD Coordinator, who facilitated the orientation. He provided comprehensive discussions on the program’s guidelines, responsibilities, and benefits, equipping the parolees and probationers with the necessary knowledge for their participation in community-based work under the program. The orientation also involved the distribution of Tupad Beneficiaries' Uniforms, Id's, and DTR's.

The orientation aimed to ensure a clear understanding of the program’s implementation, promoting accountability and preparedness among the beneficiaries.

More importantly, this initiative highlights the continued efforts of the office, in partnership with DOLE, to provide financial assistance and employment opportunities for parolees and probationers, helping to address the challenges they face, particularly in accessing employment opportunities and reintegrating into the community.

Through the DOLE-TUPAD Program, the Oriental Mindoro Province Parole and Probation Office reaffirms its commitment to rehabilitation and reintegration, offering meaningful avenues for its clients to rebuild their lives and become productive members of the community.
