Based on the SGLG-IF Project Monitoring and Assessment Narrative Report from the DILG Region VII provides that "The project was also implemented within the allocated budget and in accordance with the approved plan and specification".
During the turn-over ceremony of the Construction of Comfort Room at Public Beach Brgy. Tajao, Regional Director Leocadio T. Trovela, CESO III of the DILG Region VII through LGOO VI Rommel Correa said the following words for LGU Pinamungajan:
"This comfort room facility, made possible through the Support to the Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, stands as a testament to what can be achieved when good governance is translated into tangible results for the people. From quality materials to thoughtfully designed amenities—showers, sinks, and well-maintained bathrooms—this project was built not just to comply with standards, but to exceed expectations. Located along our public beach, this facility serves a purpose far greater than convenience. It benefits our beachgoers, our residents, our visitors, and our local economy. More importantly, it upholds the dignity of every person who uses it. In this way, the project becomes more than a comfort room—it becomes a symbol of care, respect, and inclusive development.
To the Local Government Unit of Pinamungajan, this achievement reflects your continued commitment to serve with pride, transparency, and accountability. It shows that when resources are managed responsibly and guided by integrity, the outcomes directly uplift the quality of life of the community.
