🎉 IT’S A WRAP! 🚗

The FREE STUDENT DRIVING PERMIT AND COMPLIMENTARY BASIC ROAD SAFETY SEMINAR FOR UNLICENSED YOUTH of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion North has been successfully concluded!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the youth who participated in today’s activity. Your enthusiasm and cooperation made this program a meaningful and successful initiative. We hope that the knowledge gained from the seminar will help you become responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious drivers in the future.

We would also like to inform all beneficiaries that a Group Chat has already been created. This will serve as our official communication channel where we will provide updates, important announcements, and detailed instructions regarding the next steps in processing your Student Driver’s Permit. We encourage everyone to stay active in the group and regularly check for announcements.

To everyone who contributed to the success of this project. To our Barangay Officials, headed by the Barangay Captain Hon. Ignacio “Kulay” Galan, SK Officials, headed by the SK Chairperson Hon. 📢 HAPPENING NOW | FREE STUDENT DRIVING PERMIT PROGRAM

The FREE STUDENT DRIVING PERMIT AND COMPLIMENTARY BASIC ROAD SAFETY SEMINAR FOR UNLICENSED YOUTH of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion North is now officially underway!

We would like to inform everyone that the attendance and registration have already been closed.

As previously announced, beneficiaries who were absent during the attendance period forfeited their slots. To ensure that all available slots are utilized, the vacant slots have been filled by qualified applicants from the waiting list.

We sincerely thank everyone who registered and showed their interest in this program. To all participants who made it on time, thank you for your cooperation and commitment.

Today is the FREE STUDENT DRIVING PERMIT AND COMPLIMENTARY BASIC ROAD SAFETY SEMINAR FOR UNLICENSED YOUTH of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion North.

📅 Date: Today, June 27, 2026
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM (Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the program starts.)
📍 Venue: Barangay Poblacion North Covered Court

We kindly remind all confirmed beneficiaries to arrive on time, as attendance will be conducted before the start of the program.

Important Reminders:
✅ Bring your Valid Government-Issued ID used during registration.
✅ If you do not have a valid ID, please bring your Birth Certificate, as instructed during the application process.
✅ Attendance is strictly required.

⚠ Please be informed that beneficiaries who fail to appear during the attendance and registration period without prior notice may forfeit their slot. In such cases, the vacant slot may be given to a qualified applicant from the waiting list to ensure that all available slots are utilized.

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ Must be a resident of Barangay Poblacion North

✔ Must be 17 to 30 years old
✔ Must possess a National ID or other valid government-issued identification

It allows aspiring drivers to learn the rules of the road, understand traffic regulations, and develop safe driving habits before obtaining a driver's license.

Road safety is everyone's responsibility. A single informed and responsible driver can help make our roads safer for pedestrians, passengers, and fellow motorists.

As young people, it is important that we learn not only how to drive, but also the importance of respecting traffic laws and protecting lives on the road.
