𝐀 𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐌 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐓𝐇 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐋𝐎𝐏𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 ✨

It was an honor and privilege to serve our fellow youth for almost three years (November 2023 - August 2026). This accomplishment report tells more than just accomplishments, but it is a compilation of every step, every challenges, every memory, every growth, and every development that we shared not only within the Council but also among our constituents. Behind every successful implemented programs were countless hours of preparation, teamwork, dedication, and the passion of the heart to serve with utmost honesty and pride.

We may not have ticked-off some boxes of our to-do list, but we are proud to say that we have done everything with the best of our capabilities, that we have created changes with the resources and opportunities entrusted to us. May this leadership inspire most of our constituents. We sincerely hope that we were able to create moments that brought people together, opened opportunities for the youth, and made our barangay a little better.

As we close this chapter, we also welcome a change in leadership. The position of SK Chairperson will be succeeded by the First SK Kagawad, who will take on the responsibility of leading the Council and continuing the work for the youth of Barangay 3.

To our incoming SK Chairperson, may you build upon what has been started, create new opportunities, and continue working for the betterment of our youth and community.

𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐈𝐒 𝐖𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇! 💊

As part of our yearly commitment to supporting the health and well-being of our constituents, the Sangguniang Kabataan Council provided essential medicines to our Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) to help address the basic healthcare needs of our constituents.

Hence, to our constituents, if you are in need of any of the available medicines, you may approach our BHWs and request them 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘 whenever necessary. Medicines will be provided subject to availability and in accordance with proper guidance and appropriate use.

Through this initiative, we hope to make basic healthcare more accessible to our community and extend meaningful service to those who need it most. ❤️

SUCCESSFUL KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN (KK) ASSEMBLY! ✨

Thank you to all the active youth of Barangay 3 who joined us for our Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly! Your strong presence and participation made this event a resounding success.

To boost disaster readiness during this Habagat season, emergency go bags filled with essential survival and medical supplies were distributed to the first 50 attendees (due to budget constraints).

This activity was successfully conducted under the leadership of our current SK Chairperson, Hon. Grazielle Dayandante. During the assembly, SK Chair Grazielle also officially endorsed Maribel Lleneresas as the incoming SK Chairperson to continue the vision of active youth empowerment and community service in our barangay.

Amidst the Habagat season and unpredictable weather changes, having an Emergency Go Bag isn't just about being ready—it's a crucial necessity for the safety of every family.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 3, Pio Duran, Albay is committed to keeping our community disaster-ready. Please note that due to budget constraints, these emergency go bags were distributed exclusively to the first 50 attendees of our recent Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly.

SUCCESSFUL EVENT | TEAM BUILDING & YOUTH SYMPOSIUM 2026 🎉

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. 3, Pio Duran, Albay extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of our Team Building & Youth Symposium 2026. 💙💚

A special thank you to our guest speakers, Mr. Arjay Dayandante and Mrs. Agnes Dayandante, for sharing their time, knowledge, and inspiring messages with our youth.

✨ Becoming the Best Version of Yourself in a Noisy World – a meaningful discussion that encouraged self-improvement, resilience, and staying true to one’s purpose despite life’s distractions.

🎗️ HIV and AIDS Awareness – an informative session that promoted awareness, understanding, and responsible decision-making among young people.

The event was filled with valuable learning experiences, exciting games, team-building activities, and moments that strengthened camaraderie among the youth of Brgy. 3.

A big thank you to our dedicated youth participants and hardworking SK Officials whose enthusiasm, cooperation, and commitment made this event possible.
