𝗡𝗧𝗙-𝗘𝗟𝗖𝗔𝗖 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗙𝗦 𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗨𝗡 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗡 “𝗦𝗣𝗬-𝗧𝗔𝗚𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚” 𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦

NTF-ELCAC Executive Director Undersecretary Danilo G. Pamonag briefed Signe Poulsen, Senior Human Rights Adviser of the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN-OHCHR), focusing on human rights abuses committed by the CPP-NPA. The briefing highlighted "spy-tagging"—the practice where the communist terrorist group accuse farmers and local community members of being government informants or military assets before summarily executing them.

The Task Force submitted documentation on 71 cases of arbitrary killings and abuses attributed to the CPP-NPA from January 2025 to the present, focusing heavily on violent incidents in Mindoro and Negros Island.

Senior UN Adviser Signe Poulsen accepted the documented report and committed to forwarding it to the appropriate UN and international human rights mechanisms.

Balanga City, Bataan — In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bataan 2nd PMFC (lead unit) with the intelligence personnel of Bataan 1st PMFC; Limay MPS; Orion MPS; Mariveles MPS; Pilar MPS; Bagac MPS; Morong MPS; Bataan PIU; RID 3; Bataan PIT; RIU 3 (Intel Packet); NICA 3; 302nd MC, RMFB 3; 23SAC and 25SAC, 2nd SAB, PNP SAF; and 84IB, 72MICO, and 7MIB of PA, conducted an intelligence operation at Brgy. Central, Balanga City, Bataan (Supporting Units) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on September 2, 2026. The operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives and facilitated the Withdrawal Support of two (2) former members of Alyansa ng mga Magbubukid sa Gitnang Luzon (AMGL), and later surrendered one (1) Improvised 12- gauge Shotgun (Sumpak) with two (2) rounds of ammunition.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3, and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success reflects the strong collaboration within Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and our police force's steadfast commitment to bringing former rebels back into the fold of the law. Moving forward, we remain dedicated to safeguarding our communities through active local engagement and strategic peace initiatives.

BULACAN PPO - PLARIDEL MPS

POLICE PRESENCE/TRAFFIC ASSISTANCE

On September 1, 2026 at about 11:00AM onwards, personnel of Plaridel MPS led by PCMS Martin, Pat Lucas and Pat Del Rosario under the direct supervision of PLTCOL RESTITUTO E GRANIL, ACOP, conducted Police Presence and Traffic Assistance at Plaridel Bypass Road,Brgy.Bulihan Plaridel Bulacan.

This operation was conducted as part of CPNP guidance to enhance police visibility in the community. It serves as a proactive measure to deter crimes against persons and property and to safeguard the public from criminal and unscrupulous individuals.

PLARIDEL MPS, PATULOY SA PAGPAPATUPAD NG PUBLIC SAFETY MEASURES

Sa gitna ng matinding daloy ng trapiko at pagdami ng mga byaherong naaapektuhan ng sitwasyon sa NLEX, nakaantabay ang Plaridel Municipal Police Station upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at maayos na daloy ng trapiko.

Patuloy na nagbibigay ng agarang traffic assistance, direksyon, at impormasyon sa mga alternatibong ruta ang ating mga kapulisan para sa mga motorista, commuters, at iba pang byaherong nangangailangan ng tulong sa kanilang paglalakbay.

Patuloy din ang Plaridel MPS sa pagsusubaybay sa kalagayan ng trapiko sa mga pangunahing lansangan upang maagap na makatugon sa anumang sitwasyon, mapanatili ang kaayusan sa kalsada, at matiyak ang ligtas at tuloy-tuloy na paglalakbay ng publiko.
