πŸ“– Pahalagahan at gamitin ang Wikang Filipino sa araw-araw;
πŸ’‘ Yakapin ang makabagong teknolohiya nang may pananagutan;

ONE HEART. ONE PURPOSE. πŸ’™

Hope grows when kindness is shared.

With grateful hearts, we extend our deepest appreciation to everyone who supported Project DAMAYAN: Extending Hope and Hands to Leon Garcia Elementary School. Through your generosity, a cash donation was successfully turned over and received by Principal Jayson Barnes, Principal IV, bringing hope and much-needed support to the school community.

This milestone reminds us that when people unite for a common purpose, every contributionβ€”big or smallβ€”creates a lasting impact on the lives of our learners.
As we celebrate this act of generosity, we also invite everyone to continue being part of this meaningful cause. Together, let us keep extending hope, inspiring compassion, and building brighter futures for every child.

One School. One Heart. Together, we can make a difference.

Thank you for believing that education is a shared responsibility and that every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.

β€œIt all started with a dream,
and that dream started in San Roque.”

UAAP Table Tennis Gold medalist Corrine J. Cartera, alumna of San Roque Central ES Batch 2016, was this year’s special guest of the Opening Program of the San Roque District Athletic Meet last July 25-26, 2026. β€œMy love for sports blossomed when I trained for table tennis in preparation for the District Meet during my elementary days.” She encouraged athletes to train hard, discipline themselves and reach for their dreams. She also emphasized the values she learned being a student athlete.

She likened herself to Rene Baterbonia, who also dreamt to make it to the national sports stage. In her case, she made it to the University of Santo Tomas (UST) – Manila Women’s Table Tennis Team.

From District Meets, her table tennis journey brought her accolades in DAVRAA where she garnered gold and silver medals from 2014 to 2019. She also conquered Palarong Pambansa and Batang Pinoy, bringing home gold and bronze medals from elementary to high school. In her stint as UST athlete, she dominated UAAP (University Athletic Association of the Philippines) Season 82 and 85 as silver medalist, season 82 as 3rd runner up and finally reaching the ultimate glory of the bagging the gold medal in UAAP Season 87.

Corrine’s success story is indeed a testament of hard work paid off, a dream fulfilled.
Your San Roque family is mighty proud of you, Corrine!

πŸ“’ PAKIG-AMBIT 2026: Reinforcing Teaching Excellence and Celebrating Best Practices πŸ“šβœ¨

San Roque Central Elementary School proudly highlights the successful conduct of Pakig-Ambit 2026, a meaningful school monitoring and technical assistance activity that strengthened our commitment to quality education and continuous improvement.

The activity provided an opportunity for our teachers to showcase exemplary classroom instruction through demonstration teaching, while receiving valuable mentoring, coaching, and technical assistance from our esteemed Division and District supervisors. Classroom observations, post-conferences, and school monitoring further enriched the professional growth of our educators and affirmed our dedication to implementing the Three-Term Curriculum effectively.

More than a monitoring activity, Pakig-Ambit 2026 became a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in teaching. It recognized the hard work of our school leaders, teachers, and personnel in creating learner-centered classrooms and fostering an environment where every child can thrive.

San Roque Central Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. May Ann Jumuad, Ma'am Narmela P. Espedido, and Dr. Lilian Fuertes Libre for their invaluable guidance, encouragement, and technical expertise. We also commend our demonstration teachers and the entire school community for making this activity a remarkable success.

Together, we remain steadfast in our mission of providing inclusive, relevant, and high-quality education for every learner.

🏁 Rain or shine, School intramurals staged! 🀾

The rainy weather did not dampen the learners' excitement for the School Intramurals staged last July 11-12, 2026 at the SRCES Covered Court.

During the opening program, Sports Coordinator Ernesto B. Pahamotang zeroed in on Rene Baterbonia's example as an inspirational athlete. For the first time, cauldron lighting was made with grade 6 basketball athlete Ezekiel Tabanao handling the torch run. The Grade Four Orange Crabs got first place in the flag raising competition.

The field demonstration brought crashing cresendo as learners grooved to World Cup rhythm. Kinder/SNED Pink Dolphins, Grade 1-3 Am Session Purple Octopus, Grade 1-3 PM sessions Blue Whales, Grade 4 Orange Crabs, Grade 5 Sea Turles and Grade 6 Red Sea Horse showed impressive rhythmic moves. The search for Best Sports Attire was also a sight to behold with creative costumes like paragliding, scuba diving and bikers who brought mountain bikes on stage.

K1 learners participated in Laro ng Lahi while K2 learners engaged in ball games.

Dr. Veronica Bacalares , the school principal, was overwhelmed by the tremendous support of the parents. District Supervisor, Dr. Lilian Fuertes Libre was also impressed by the jubilant sports enthusiasm of the school.

The activity was led by Bai Nurhayah A. Pendatun, RN, DMD, Dentist II, with the assistance of Mary Grace B. Chicote, RN, Nurse II, and Mr. Elmer S. Patac, Dental Aide, who provided comprehensive oral health assessments and promoted proper oral hygiene among our young learners.

This meaningful initiative was made possible through the support of Dr. Lilian Fuertes Libre , District Supervisor, the leadership of Dr. Veronica Bacalares , Principal III, the guidance of Ms. Ellen Balingit Estacaan , Head Teacher III, and the dedicated efforts of the school health personnel headed by Mrs. Malovely Mori Gayacao-Benecario , School Clinic In-Charge, together with Mrs. Vanessa Endozo Aumada , Assistant School Clinic In-Charge.

Through the collaborative efforts of our health professionals, school leaders, teachers, and staff, we continue to promote healthy smiles, healthy learners, and a brighter future for every child.
