Good Friday โ๏ธ๐ค๐
Good Friday is the most solemn day of the Christian faith, commemorating the passion and death of Jesus Christ on the cross. It is a day of silence, sacrifice, and profound love, a reminder of the price paid for humanityโs redemption. On this sacred day, we remember how Jesus willingly embraced suffering and gave His life for us. His sacrifice reveals the depth of Godโs mercy and the power of unconditional love, a love that endures even in pain.
โConsummatum est.โ
โIt is finished.โ (John 19:30)
Good Friday invites us to pause and reflect on the meaning of the cross, not as a symbol of defeat, but of victory through sacrifice and selfless love.
As we contemplate His passion, may we be moved to:
forgive as we have been forgiven,
love even when it is difficult,
and carry our own crosses with faith and trust in God.
May this day remind us that even in suffering, there is hope, and through the cross, there is new life.
