At 5:00 AM today September 16, 2024, Low Pressure Area (LPA) 09d developed into 𝗧𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 #𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗛. Tropical Cyclone Bulletins will be issued beginning at 8:00 AM today.
