💻🖥️ Strengthening our Barangay through better technology and equipment!

As one of the beneficiaries of the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang (BBMP) under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF), Barangay Kinuartelan is grateful for the provision of essential computer equipment that will help improve our day-to-day operations and public service.

Through this initiative, our barangay was able to acquire:

These equipment will be utilized for barangay documentation, records management, report preparation, communication, and other administrative tasks, helping us provide more efficient and responsive services to the people of Kinuartelan.

This is more than just equipment—it is an investment in better governance, efficient service, and a more capable barangay. 🤝🇵🇭

We are grateful to have successfully distributed the scholarship assistance cheques to five (5) deserving scholar-recipients in Barangay Kinuartelan under the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars component of the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program.

Mga Kinuartelaños, may isasagawang Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) para sa mga batang 6–59 months old (4 years old pababa).

💉 ANO ANG MEASLES-RUBELLA VACCINE?

Ang Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccine ay bakunang nagbibigay-proteksyon laban sa dalawang sakit:

🔴 Measles (Tigdas) – isang nakahahawang sakit na maaaring magdulot ng mataas na lagnat, ubo, sipon, pantal sa katawan, at mga komplikasyon tulad ng pulmonya at iba pang seryosong karamdaman.

🟣 Rubella (German Measles) – isang nakahahawang viral infection na karaniwang nagdudulot ng pantal at lagnat. Mahalaga ang proteksyon laban dito dahil maaari itong magdulot ng malubhang epekto sa sanggol kung ang isang babae ay mahawaan habang buntis.

👉 Bakit kailangan ito?
Layunin ng supplemental vaccination na madagdagan ang proteksyon ng mga bata laban sa Measles at Rubella at makatulong na maiwasan ang pagkalat ng mga sakit na ito sa komunidad.

🟠 VITAMIN A ADMINISTRATION
Kasabay nito, magkakaroon din ng Vitamin A supplementation para sa mga kwalipikadong bata.

Ang Vitamin A ay mahalaga para sa normal na paningin, immune system, paglaki at development ng mga bata. Nakakatulong din itong mapanatili ang kanilang resistensya laban sa ilang impeksyon.

NATIONAL ID UPDATE: Schedule of the registration and issuance of National IDs in paper form for this week (July 13-18, 2026).

1. To register for the National ID, please bring any valid ID as a supporting document. The ID must clearly indicate your correct full name, birthdate, address, and signature, and must not contain any tampered details. You may also present your original birth certificate and marriage certificate (if married).

2. To update your demographic information, please proceed to FRC Embarcadero Mall, Victory Village, Legazpi City. Please bring any format of your National ID (PVC card, paper form, or digital copy), as well as the original supporting documents listed below, depending on the details you wish to update:
a. Full Name, Gender, Birthdate, Place of Birth – PSA-issued Birth Certificate and/or Marriage Certificate (if married)
b. Marital Status – Marriage Certificate
c. Blood Type – Blood type result
d. Complete Address – Any valid ID indicating the new address or a Barangay Residency Certificate

3. If you have not yet received your card, or if the photo on your Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) National ID card has already faded, you may request a National ID in paper form at any of our registration centers. In addition, you may also download the eGovPH app to access your Digital National ID. Both are considered valid IDs for all transactions.
