Event Dates: August 21 โ September 10, 2025
Venue: Old location in front of the Public Market
Total Stalls: 20 (Tent size: 4m x 4m each)

I. Application Requirements & Qualifications
To ensure fair selection and food variety, all applicants must submit the following:
1. โ
Photocopy of Business Permit
2. โ
Business Profile (with brief background and location of origin)
3. โ
Menu / Items to be Sold (maximum of 2 stalls per food type to promote variety; e.g., only 2 stalls allowed for pastil)
๐ Open to both local and non-local vendors. Applications will be screened by the committee.

II. Approval & Payment Process
1. Document Submission โ Submit complete requirements to the Stall Management Committee
2. Interview & Screening โ Conducted by the Committee Head; vendors will be oriented on general guidelines
3. Approval Slip Issuance โ Given only after document verification and initial interview
4. Payment to Treasurer โ Present the approval slip at the Treasurerโs Office to pay the stall fee:
โข โฑ20,000 โ Front stalls (near the stage)
โข โฑ18,000 โ Rear stalls (farther from stage)
5. Final Reservation โ Bring Official Receipt back to the committee to choose your tent spot (first come, first served)
6. Boundary Rule โ Each vendor must stay within the 4m x 4m space; no extending tables or chairs beyond designated boundaries
7. Conformity Signing โ All vendors must sign a conformity agreement acknowledging the festival rules.

III. Orientation Requirement
โข All approved vendors are required to attend the Concessionaire Orientation
โข Orientation includes layout walk-through, schedule, and safety reminders
โขโFailure to attend will result in forfeiture of stall reservation (NO refund)

IV. Permitted Appliances & Equipment
Allowed per stall:
โข 1 electric fryer (maximum)
โข 1 rice cooker
โข 1 refrigerator or freezer
โข Multiple non-electric (gas) stoves
โข 1 speaker (required for playing the Flomlok OST)
โก In the event of a brownout, the Committee is not responsible. Vendors must bring solar-powered or rechargeable lights and speakers as backup.

V. Booth Design & Location Notes
โข Booths will follow a streamlined layout: 8 stalls left, 8 right, 4 support booths (committee, band, depot, sound)
โข Stage is at the center of the layout
โข All booths will be provided:
โข A steel frame and trapal
โข An official stall banner with the Flomlok logo and stall number
โข Booths near edges of the parabolic roofing may be prone to rainwater runoff; this will be explained during orientation to avoid misunderstanding

VI. Operating Hours & Schedule
โข Opening Time: 3:00 PM
โข Closing Time: 1:00 AM
โข Stock Refill: 8:00 AM โ 2:00 PM ONLY
โข Fridays & Saturdays: No time limit (expect crowd surge); police visibility required

VII. Code of Conduct & Ethics
All vendors must observe proper conduct within the Party Zone.
Violations may lead to removal from the event.

๐ซ No lewd, vulgar, or offensive language or acts
๐ซ No illegal substances, weapons, or unauthorized materials

All complaints must be raised to the Stall Management Officer

Maintain cleanliness; waste must be properly disposed

Loud personal music not allowed; only OST through assigned speakers

Obey security, inspection, and festival authority at all times

VIII. Important Reminders
โข Food waste and trash must follow the event's waste collection schedule
โข Booth setup must be completed before August 21 โ ready to serve by opening
โข No under-the-table arrangements or special treatment will be tolerated
โข TWG (Technical Working Group) must be informed of all updates or concerns
โข Stall assignments are first come, first served, but not final without full payment, signed conformity and attendance on the orientation.
