Ang araw na ito ay hindi lamang natin ipinagdiriwang ang inyong sipag, kundi ipinaglalaban din natin ang inyong mga karapatan sa isang ligtas at makataong kondisyon ng trabaho.

Naniniwala kami na ang maunlad na bukas ay nagmumula sa makatarungan at makataong pagtrato sa lahat ng manggagawa.

Sama-sama tayo sa kapayapaan at pagkakaisa para sa isang maliwanag na bukas!

𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗲𝗳: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀! 🍃
We are thrilled to share the success of our latest environmental milestone! As part of Dolefil's Treebute and Ridge to Reef Program, we successfully planted 𝟭,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘁𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗽𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 along the shores of Alabel, Sarangani Province. This initiative is a core part of our commitment to planting thousands of trees across the landscape, from the high ridges of the mountains to the vital reefs of our oceans. Mangroves serve as the frontline of coastal defense, and by planting these seedlings, we are investing in a more resilient and sustainable ecosystem for the generations to follow.

This mission was made possible through the incredible synergy of our Family, including the Human Resources Division, Corporate Affairs Division, Supply Chain Planning, and the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Division. We are also grateful for the unwavering support of our dedicated partners: LGU Alabel, the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) of Alabel, Project COMPACT of Save the Children, the Bantay Dagat of Alabel, Alabel Farmers Scientist Association, and the Mahintana Foundation, Inc.

Together, we are nurturing nature and securing a brighter tomorrow for all through collaborative action and shared stewardship of our environment.

𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀-𝗳𝗼𝗿-𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘀: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹

Dole Philippines Inc. reaffirms its commitment to inclusive education and environmental sustainability through its Chairs-for-Trees Project, continuing to bring bits of sunshine to communities by supporting early childhood learning. Implemented in partnership with KI Fresh Access, Inc. and through Mahintana Foundation, Inc., the project brings smiles to about 50 pupils of Bantilan Day Care Center in Purok Bantilan, Barangay Sinawal. And in return of such a favor, the beneficiary community, Purok Bantilan, plants hundreds of trees 🥰

These young learners currently use a church facility as their learning space and having these brightly-colored chairs illuminates their classroom, inspiring them to look forward to a bright future.

Indeed, Dolefil sees these kids worth the investment because always, together, we can find ways to make a brighter planet for all.

Old, frail, sick, and without the financial capacity to buy a wheelchair to at least have some semblance of independence, Wilterio Ramirez faced daily life with a lot of difficulty moving on his own . For many years, he would go from one agency to another, trying to ask for a wheelchair. And for years, he would receive the same response: NO.

Today, Wilterio's story changed. He gets a resounding "YES!".

Through Dolefil Cares, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Tupi, South Cotabato, and other funding donors, and as part of Dolefil’s ongoing commitment to Creating Shared Value among its stakeholders, Wilterio and about 25 others received a wheelchair during the recent turnover ceremony held in Tupi.

He shared how happy he was to finally receive a wheelchair that would support his mobility and ease the daily load on his family.

In his own words:

We recently held the 𝗗𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗟 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, witnessing the heartwarming smiles of 25 beneficiaries as they now happily move toward a more comfortable life. Through the 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗵𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, Dolefil continues its earnest commitment to creating shared value—proving that when we prioritize the health and mobility of our people, the whole community thrives.

This mission was made possible by Dolefil, a proud major donor, alongside other generous partners: Children International Philippines, Inc., Free Wheelchair Mission, Dole Philippines - Stanfilco Division. Likewise, this would not have come to fruition without the the unwavering support of Tupi Mayor Hon. Romeo S. Tamayo, who heads the Local Government Unit of Tupi.

The project was brought to life through Mahintana Foundation Inc. serving as Dolefil’s dedicated implementing arm and Kasilak Development Foundation as Stanfilco's CSR arm.

Together, we aren't just giving out wheelchairs; we are opening doors to independence. 🤝✨

Our Pine-ibig Celebration brought the incredible talent of our Dolers to the stage! Through the Solo and Duet Singing Contests, our Dolers showed that the heart of our harvest is the people we grow with.

At Dolefil, we don't just work as a team; we thrive as a community, supporting and celebrating the voices that keep us inspired every day to work as One Dole.
