We sincerely apologize to all our customers who experienced disturbances during Quiet Hours (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM) last October 20, 2025 (2:00AM - 4:00AM) due to excessive noise created by a group of guests. Your comfort and peace are at the heart of Tambay Ta Bai, and no guest should ever have their rest or experience compromised.
Quiet Hours are not just a guideline; they are a strict policy designed to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. We are deeply disappointed by the disregard of this rule, and we want to make it clear: any behavior that disrupts the peace of others will not be tolerated.
To the group responsible for this incident, this serves as an OFFICIAL WARNING. Any future violation of our Quiet Hours policy will result in immediate action, which may include removal from the premises and restriction from future bookings.
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and relaxing environment for all our guests. Effective immediately, we will be enforcing stricter monitoring and zero-tolerance measures to ensure incidents like this DO NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
