𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗜𝗬𝗗, 𝗟𝗡𝗞 & 𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Sangguniang Kabataan Pederasyon ng Pontevedra proudly joined the 2026 International Youth Day (IYD), Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) 2026, and ASEAN Day 2026 – Western Visayas Kick-Off Celebration, held yesterday in Passi City.

The Pontevedra delegation was headed by SK Federation President Hon. Sharmine Tumlos-Uy, together with MLYDO Officer I Ms. Dema Barros and the PYAP Federation, united in celebrating the passion, potential, and leadership of the youth across Western Visayas.

This meaningful celebration was spearheaded by BYLI (Borres Youth Leadership Institute) under the leadership of Atty. Mark Dela Borres, providing a platform for young leaders to connect, learn, collaborate, and inspire one another toward a stronger and more empowered youth sector.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Mayor Hon. Henry Tumlos and Municipal Administrator Joenifer Tumlos for their generous support and assistance in providing transportation for our delegation.

Together, we continue to empower the youth, strengthen youth leadership, and build a future where every young person has the opportunity to make a difference.
