3rd JOINT GRADUATION AND MOVING-UP CEREMONY held on March 31, 2026 at the Poona Bayabao Municipal Complex SOCIAL HALL.
Our Guest Speaker Amanoding D. Esmail is a Filipino Muslim professional, seasoned public servant, educator, and policy advocate from Lanao del Sur. Particularly here in Rogan, Poona Bayabao. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA), with a lifetime of experience in government service, finance, education, and public policy development.
He served the Philippine government with honor and distinction for forty-two (42) years at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), where he rose through the ranks—from entry-level positions to leadership—ultimately retiring as a Revenue District Officer (RDO). Throughout his long and dedicated career, he gained extensive expertise in taxation, public finance, regulatory compliance, and ethical governance, earning the respect of colleagues and stakeholders for his integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
Following his retirement from government service, Mr. Esmail continued his mission of public service through education and policy development. He is actively involved in advancing educational initiatives in the Bangsamoro region, particularly through his work with Aba Al-Khail Computer College Foundation, Inc., where he supports programs focused on academic excellence, digital education, and values formation.
He is also widely recognized for his contributions in developing policy proposals, legislative frameworks, and research papers related to Islamic finance, halal industry development, ethical governance, and sustainable economic growth, particularly within BARMM and the broader Philippine context.
Mr. Esmail has authored and developed numerous academic and policy works aimed at empowering communities, strengthening institutions, and promoting inclusive and value-driven development.
As a strong advocate of moral leadership, unity, and public accountability, he continues to inspire future generations to pursue excellence not only in their professions but also in their character and service to society.
Consequently, we are honored and pleased for being with us and sharing your wisdom, experience, and insights with our graduates and completers as they embark on a new chapter of their lives.
