PORAC MPS ARRESTS FOUR SUSPECTS, SEIZES ₱69,564 WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU**

Porac Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PLTCOL PAUL BENJAMIN B MANDANE, COP, through its Intelligence Unit and SDEU, arrested four suspects during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 11:10 PM on July 25, 2026, along Sitio Malabni, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Porac, Pampanga.**

The operation resulted in the confiscation of seven (7) heat-sealed sachets containing approximately 10.23 grams of suspected shabuwith an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱69,564.00, as well as marked buy-bust money and other cash.

The suspects and seized evidence are currently under the custody of Porac MPS for proper documentation, investigation, and filing of appropriate charges for violations of **Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)

The Porac Municipal Police Station is conducting an investigation into the video currently circulating on social media.

Initial findings confirmed that the individual appearing in the video is a minor and that the video was originally intended for private viewing. It was subsequently downloaded, edited, and shared online without authorization.

Efforts are now underway to identify those responsible for the unauthorized dissemination of the video. If the investigation establishes violations of Republic Act No. 7610, Republic Act No. 10175, and other applicable laws, appropriate criminal charges will be filed.

We strongly urge everyone who has downloaded, shared, reposted, or uploaded the video to immediately remove it from all platforms and refrain from further circulating it.

The continued spread of content involving a minor may cause further harm to the child and may also result in criminal liability.

We appeal to the public to help protect the welfare and dignity of the child by acting responsibly online.

PAMPANGA PPO RECORDS 64 ARRESTS IN ONE WEEK; INTENSIFIES DRIVE AGAINST CRIMINALITY, ILLEGAL DRUGS, AND WANTED PERSONS

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to strengthen its anti-criminality campaign, resulting in the arrest of 64 individuals through various law enforcement operations conducted across the province from May 25 to 31, 2026.

Pampanga PPO's intensified operations yielded significant accomplishments in the campaign against wanted persons, illegal drugs, and loose fi****ms.

Under the Campaign Against Wanted Persons, police operatives successfully arrested 19 wanted individuals, including two (2) Most Wanted Persons and seventeen (17) Other Wanted Persons, demonstrating the relentless efforts of law enforcement units in ensuring that fugitives are brought before the courts.

Meanwhile, the Campaign Against Illegal Drugs resulted in the arrest of 41 drug personalities in 28 anti-drug operations conducted throughout the province. Authorities confiscated approximately 275.61 grams of shabu and 3.37 grams of ma*****na, with a combined estimated street value of ₱1,874,552.00. These accomplishments underscore the Pampanga PPO's support to the government's relentless pursuit againts illegal drugs and protecting communities from the harmful effects of narcotics.

In the Campaign Against Loose Fi****ms, four (4) individuals were arrested in four (4) separate operations. Pampanga PPO also confiscated four (4) fi****ms and recorded the surrender of twenty-six (26) fi****ms of various caliber.

PCOL MARCELO lauded the dedication and professionalism of Pampanga police personnel, emphasizing that these accomplishments reflect the organization's commitment to maintaining peace and order throughout the province.

REINFORCED ANTI-CRIMINALITY DRIVES: PAMPANGA POLICE SNARE 4 DRUG SUSPECTS, 1 WANTED PERSON

City of San Fernando, Pampanga - The police force of Pampanga, under the stint of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to strengthen law enforcement across the province, resulting in the apprehension of four (4) drug suspects and one (1) wanted person on May 23, 2026.

Three (3) drug dealers were arrested during the separate anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations conducted by Masantol MPS, Guagua MPS, and San Simon MPS, seizing a total of 10.2 grams of Shabu with Standard Drug Price of PHP 69,360.00.

A drug possessor was apprehended by Floridablanca MPS during a Checkpoint Operation. The motorist was initially flagged down for not wearing helmet, but instead of stopping, the suspect accelerated his motorcycle. He was eventually cornered and found in possession of 2 plastic sachets containing 0.43 grams of Shabu worth PHP 2,924.00.

Magalang MPS nabbed a 29-year-old female wanted person by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 5(A) of R.A 9262 (Physical Violence).

“We reaffirm our strong stance against crimes, as we remain compassionate and dedicated to all law-abiding citizens. We assure our Cabalens of our firm, lawful and immediate actions against those who violate the law.” PCOL MARCELO said.

PAMPANGA PPO INTENSIFIES ANTI-CRIMINALITY DRIVE; MULTIPLE WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND FI****MS SEIZED

The Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, strengthened its intensified anti-criminality campaign after conducting a series of successful law enforcement operations across the province on May 20, 2026, resulting in the arrest of several wanted persons, drug suspects, and violators of special laws.

In San Simon, joint elements of San Simon Municipal Police Station and Technical Support Company (TSC), RMFB3, successfully served a Bench Warrant of Arrest against a 31-year-old female accused for the crime of Malicious Mischief under Article 329 of the Revised Penal Code. The operation was conducted in Barangay Sta. Monica, San Simon, Pampanga. The accused is currently under police custody pending turnover to the issuing court.

Meanwhile, personnel of Porac Municipal Police Station together with Pampanga PIU and 1st PMFC arrested a 27-year-old female listed as an Other Wanted Person in Barangay Pias, Porac, Pampanga. The accused was apprehended by virtue of warrants issued for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165.

In a separate operation, Arayat Municipal Police Station and RMFB3 arrested a 43-year-old public school teacher in Barangay Plazang Luma, Arayat, Pampanga for violation of Republic Act 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016. Bail was recommended at Php300,000.00.

Another wanted person was arrested by Mabalacat City Police Station and RMFB3 in Barangay Mamatitang, Mabalacat City. The accused was apprehended for violation of Section 5(i) of Republic Act 9262 in relation to Section 6(f), with recommended bail amounting to Php72,000.00.

Tracker teams of City of San Fernando Police Station and the Warrant Section of Pampanga PPO also arrested a 62-year-old female wanted for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 in Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Further intensifying operations against criminal activities, operatives of Arayat MPS conducted an entrapment operation in Barangay Guemasan, Arayat, Pampanga, leading to the arrest of a female suspect for violation of Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code through falsification of public documents. Recovered during the operation were marked money, boodle money, mortgage documents, and a transfer certificate of title. Authorities confirmed that the operation was fully documented through an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in compliance with Supreme Court guidelines.

Anti-illegal drug operations also yielded significant accomplishments across Pampanga.

In Barangay Camba, Arayat, Pampanga, operatives of Arayat MPS arrested a 27-year-old male during a buy-bust operation for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 and Republic Act 10591. Confiscated from the suspect were approximately 3.04 grams of suspected shabu worth Php20,672.00, one caliber .38 revolver without serial number, buy-bust money, and other personal belongings.

In Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, personnel of Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station together with the 1st PMFC arrested a 41-year-old suspect during an entrapment operation for violation of Republic Act 10591. Seized from the suspect were one caliber .22 revolver without serial number and four live ammunitions.

Another anti-illegal drug operation conducted by Minalin Municipal Police Station together with Sto. Tomas MPS resulted in the arrest of a 47-year-old construction worker in Barangay Sta. Rita, Minalin, Pampanga. Authorities confiscated approximately 3.5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of Php23,800.00.

Likewise, joint operatives of the Intel and SDEU units of City of San Fernando Police Station arrested two drug suspects in Barangay Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga during a buy-bust operation. Confiscated during the operation were approximately five grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of Php34,000.00.

All arrested individuals are now under the custody of the respective operating units for documentation and proper disposition, while appropriate criminal charges are being prepared for filing in court.

INTENSIFIED ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG AND WANTED PERSON OPERATIONS: TOP PRO3 MOST WANTED PERSON ARRESTED; ₱77,724 WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO), under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to intensify its campaign against wanted persons and illegal drugs, resulting in the successful arrest of several wanted individuals, including a Top Ten Most Wanted Person (TTMWP), and the confiscation of illegal drugs in separate operations conducted on May 18, 2026.

Foremost among the accomplishments was the successful service of a warrant of arrest against a Top 1 Regional Most Wanted Person in PRO3, Top 2 Provincial Most Wanted Person in Zambales, and Top 4 Municipal Most Wanted Person in Subic, Zambales, during a joint law enforcement operation conducted at about 11:45 AM at the NPD District Anti-Crime Unit Custodial Facility in Caloocan City. The operation was led by personnel of Sta. Ana Municipal Police Station, Pampanga PPO, in coordination with the District Anti-Crime Unit – Northern Police District (NPD), 304th Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3, and Cyber-Patrol RID3, whose social media elicitation and validation efforts contributed to locating the accused. The warrant of arrest was served for violation of Section 5(b) of Republic Act 7610 or Lascivious Conduct Against a Child.

Earlier that day, personnel of the City of San Fernando Police Station, together with the Warrant Section of Pampanga PPO, arrested an Other Wanted Person (OWP) for Falsification of Public or Official Document under Article 172, Paragraph 1 in relation to Article 171 of the Revised Penal Code during an operation conducted in Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Meanwhile, Floridablanca Municipal Police Station also successfully apprehended another Other Wanted Person in Barangay Mabical, Floridablanca, Pampanga, for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22.

In line with the intensified anti-illegal drug campaign, operatives of Porac Municipal Police Station Intelligence Unit and Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) arrested a Street-Level Individual (SLI) during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Pio, Porac, Pampanga. Authorities confiscated more or less five (5) grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱34,000.00, along with marked buy-bust money.

Likewise, personnel of the Intelligence Unit and SDEU of the City of San Fernando Police Station arrested another street-level drug personality during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Confiscated from the suspect were approximately five (5) grams of suspected shabu with an estimated SDP of ₱34,000.00.

In Sasmuan, Pampanga, operatives of the SDEU of Sasmuan Municipal Police Station, in coordination with PDEA Regional Office 3, also arrested an unlisted drug personality during a buy-bust operation conducted in Barangay Sta. Lucia. Recovered during the operation were more or less 1.43 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated SDP of ₱9,724.00 and marked buy-bust money.

PAMPANGA COPS’ PROVINCE-WIDE OPERATIONS CAPTURE 1 WANTED PERSON, 10 SUSPECTS FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS, GAMBLING

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Strengthening the peace and security across the province, the Pampanga PPO, under the dynamic leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, successfully arrested 6 drug suspects, 4 gambling violators and 1 wanted person during a series of operations conducted on May 19, 2026.

San Fernando CPS busted 3 drug personalities during buy-bust operation, confiscating 5 grams of Shabu, worth PHP 34,000.00. The station launched a manhunt operation and successfully tracked down a wanted person for Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness PHP 36,000.00 bail.

Guagua MPS carried out anti-illegal drugs operation resulting in the arrest of 2 drug peddlers who yielded 4.3 grams of Shabu amounting to PHP 29, 240.00. An anti-illegal gambling operation was also launched by the station leading to the arrest of 4 individuals who were caught in the act of engaging in illegal cockfighting or also known as Tupada.

Meanwhile, during the checkpoint operation, Lubao MPS personnel flagged down a motorcycle rider for not wearing helmet, but the latter was later found in possession of 0.38 grams of Shabu worth PHP 2,584.00.

“The arrest of these personalities and confiscation of these illegal items significantly contribute to a safer community. We will continue to implement strategic law enforcement operations to eliminate factors that generate threats and crimes." PCOL MARCELO said.
