REINFORCED ANTI-CRIMINALITY DRIVES: PAMPANGA POLICE SNARE 4 DRUG SUSPECTS, 1 WANTED PERSON

City of San Fernando, Pampanga - The police force of Pampanga, under the stint of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to strengthen law enforcement across the province, resulting in the apprehension of four (4) drug suspects and one (1) wanted person on May 23, 2026.

Three (3) drug dealers were arrested during the separate anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations conducted by Masantol MPS, Guagua MPS, and San Simon MPS, seizing a total of 10.2 grams of Shabu with Standard Drug Price of PHP 69,360.00.

A drug possessor was apprehended by Floridablanca MPS during a Checkpoint Operation. The motorist was initially flagged down for not wearing helmet, but instead of stopping, the suspect accelerated his motorcycle. He was eventually cornered and found in possession of 2 plastic sachets containing 0.43 grams of Shabu worth PHP 2,924.00.

Magalang MPS nabbed a 29-year-old female wanted person by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of Section 5(A) of R.A 9262 (Physical Violence).

“We reaffirm our strong stance against crimes, as we remain compassionate and dedicated to all law-abiding citizens. We assure our Cabalens of our firm, lawful and immediate actions against those who violate the law.” PCOL MARCELO said.

STEPPED-UP PROVINCE-WIDE CHECKPOINT OPERATION: PAMPANGA PPO ARRESTS 2 FAKE CIGARETTE DEALERS; SEIZES 50 REAMS OF TO***CO PRODUCTS, OVER 2.057M CASH, 500K WORTH OF CHECK

City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Emphasizing its comprehensive anti-criminality campaign, the Pampanga PPO, under the dynamic leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, successfully apprehended two (2) dealers of counterfeit to***co products during a checkpoint operation conducted on May 20, 2026.

The duo were initially flagged down by the personnel of Lubao MPS for not wearing seat belts while onboard their utility vehicle. During a plain view inspection, the suspects were found in possession of one (1) large box containing 50 reams of illegal ci******es, lacking required graphic health warnings, with an estimated value of PHP 51,000.00.

Also seized during the operation were cash money amounting to approximately PHP 2,057,500.00, a check worth Php 500,000.00 and two (2) cellular phones.

Complaints for Violation of Republic Act No. 8750 (Seat Belts Use Act of 1999), RA 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) and RA 10643 (Graphic Health Warnings Law) have been filed against the suspects.

PAMPANGA PPO INTENSIFIES ANTI-CRIMINALITY DRIVE; MULTIPLE WANTED PERSONS ARRESTED, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND FI****MS SEIZED

The Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, strengthened its intensified anti-criminality campaign after conducting a series of successful law enforcement operations across the province on May 20, 2026, resulting in the arrest of several wanted persons, drug suspects, and violators of special laws.

In San Simon, joint elements of San Simon Municipal Police Station and Technical Support Company (TSC), RMFB3, successfully served a Bench Warrant of Arrest against a 31-year-old female accused for the crime of Malicious Mischief under Article 329 of the Revised Penal Code. The operation was conducted in Barangay Sta. Monica, San Simon, Pampanga. The accused is currently under police custody pending turnover to the issuing court.

Meanwhile, personnel of Porac Municipal Police Station together with Pampanga PIU and 1st PMFC arrested a 27-year-old female listed as an Other Wanted Person in Barangay Pias, Porac, Pampanga. The accused was apprehended by virtue of warrants issued for violations of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165.

In a separate operation, Arayat Municipal Police Station and RMFB3 arrested a 43-year-old public school teacher in Barangay Plazang Luma, Arayat, Pampanga for violation of Republic Act 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016. Bail was recommended at Php300,000.00.

Another wanted person was arrested by Mabalacat City Police Station and RMFB3 in Barangay Mamatitang, Mabalacat City. The accused was apprehended for violation of Section 5(i) of Republic Act 9262 in relation to Section 6(f), with recommended bail amounting to Php72,000.00.

Tracker teams of City of San Fernando Police Station and the Warrant Section of Pampanga PPO also arrested a 62-year-old female wanted for violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 in Barangay Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Further intensifying operations against criminal activities, operatives of Arayat MPS conducted an entrapment operation in Barangay Guemasan, Arayat, Pampanga, leading to the arrest of a female suspect for violation of Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code through falsification of public documents. Recovered during the operation were marked money, boodle money, mortgage documents, and a transfer certificate of title. Authorities confirmed that the operation was fully documented through an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in compliance with Supreme Court guidelines.

Anti-illegal drug operations also yielded significant accomplishments across Pampanga.

In Barangay Camba, Arayat, Pampanga, operatives of Arayat MPS arrested a 27-year-old male during a buy-bust operation for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 and Republic Act 10591. Confiscated from the suspect were approximately 3.04 grams of suspected shabu worth Php20,672.00, one caliber .38 revolver without serial number, buy-bust money, and other personal belongings.

In Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, personnel of Sto. Tomas Municipal Police Station together with the 1st PMFC arrested a 41-year-old suspect during an entrapment operation for violation of Republic Act 10591. Seized from the suspect were one caliber .22 revolver without serial number and four live ammunitions.

Another anti-illegal drug operation conducted by Minalin Municipal Police Station together with Sto. Tomas MPS resulted in the arrest of a 47-year-old construction worker in Barangay Sta. Rita, Minalin, Pampanga. Authorities confiscated approximately 3.5 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of Php23,800.00.

Likewise, joint operatives of the Intel and SDEU units of City of San Fernando Police Station arrested two drug suspects in Barangay Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga during a buy-bust operation. Confiscated during the operation were approximately five grams of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of Php34,000.00.

All arrested individuals are now under the custody of the respective operating units for documentation and proper disposition, while appropriate criminal charges are being prepared for filing in court.

"The Pampanga Police Provincial Office reiterated its commitment to intensify police operations against wanted persons, illegal drugs, illegal fi****ms, and all forms of criminality to ensure the safety and security of every Kapampangan." PCOL MARCELO underscored.

PAMPANGA PPO’S HEIGHTENED OPERATIONS APPREHEND 13 LAWBREAKERS, INCLUDING APALIT TOWN’S TOP 10 MWP WITH PHP 3.2M BAIL

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Through all-out efforts, Pampanga PPO, under the directives of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to eliminate criminality in the community, as a series of operations on May 13, 2026 led to the arrest of the Most Wanted Persons of the Municipalities of Apalit, Sta Rita and Mexico, along with seven (7) other wanted persons, and four (4) drug peddlers.

Apalit MPS tracked down the town’s Top 10 Most Wanted Person in Barangay San Juan, Apalit. The accused is facing charges for Eighty (80) counts of Qualified Theft with a total recommended bail of PHP 3,200,000.00.

Sta Rita MPS nabbed the town’s Top 6 Most Wanted Person for the crime of R**e with no bail. Mexico MPS also collared another Most Wanted Person by virtue of a Bench Warrant of Arrest for Robbery Extortion with PHP 100,000.00 bail.

Underscoring the long arm of the law, Candaba MPS carried out an operation in Navotas City and successful apprehended the town’s Rank 8 MWP for R**e by Sexual Assault with PHP 180,000.00 recommended bail.

During separate manhunt operations carried out by Sto Tomas MPS, Lubao MPS, San Simon MPS, San Fernando CPS, Mabalacat CPS and Sasmuan MPS, seven (7) other wanted persons were arrested for Theft, Unjust Vexation, Theft, Qualified Theft, Violation of Sec. 5 (A) of RA 9262, Theft, and Violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22, respectively.

As part of the aggressive campaign against illegal drugs, 4 drug peddlers were busted by Mabalacat CPS (3 arrests) and Porac MPS. Seized during the 2 operations were 8 grams and 5 grams of Shabu worth PHP 88,400.00.

"These successfull operations reflect the unity and dedication of Pampanga PPO personnel in protecting the community. Through diligent implementation of thrust and programs of PRO 3 and the PNP, we will continue to uphold the rule of law and actively support the Government's campaign against illegal drugs, wanted persons and all forms of criminality." PAMPANGA PPO ARRESTS HIGH-VALUE INDIVIDUAL IN BUY-BUST OPERATION; ₱510K WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU SEIZED

City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Operatives of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, successfully arrested a High-Value Individual (HVI) and confiscated approximately 75 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 510,000.00 during a buy-bust operation conducted on the evening of May 13, 2026, at Brgy. Dolores, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The operation was carried out at around 8:09 PM by personnel of the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU) of Pampanga PPO as the lead unit, together with the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) and the City of San Fernando Police Station, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA RO3).

Arrested during the operation were identified as alias “IVAN,” 42 years old, a resident of Libis Del Pilar, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; and 33 years old female suspect who is likewise a resident of Libis Del Pilar, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The suspects were apprehended for violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26, and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Confiscated from the suspects were approximately 75 grams of suspected shabu, including the subject of sale during the operation. The recovered illegal drugs have an estimated standard drug price of Php 510,000.00.

The suspects were properly apprised of their constitutional rights at the time of arrest. The arrested individuals, along with the confiscated pieces of evidence, were brought to the PDEU Office for documentation and proper disposition prior to the filing of appropriate charges in court.

"The Pampanga Police Provincial Office reaffirmed its relentless drive to intensify anti-illegal drug operations in line with the directive of the Philippine National Police to ensure safer communities and sustain the campaign against illegal drugs throughout the province," PCOL MARCELO said.

PAMPANGA PPO'S FIRM STANCE AGAINST CRIMINALITY NABS 5 DRUG DEALERS, 2 WANTED PERSON, 3 CARNAPPING SUSPECTS; SEIZES OVER 274K SHABU

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – With strong commitment to eradicate all forms of criminality across the province, the Pampanga PPO, under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, successfully arrested the 5 drug dealers during buy-bust, 2 wanted persons during manhunt and 3 carnapping suspects during checkpoint on May 11, 2026.

A total of PHP 274,720.00 worth of illegal drugs were confiscated from five (5) drug suspects during the anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations carried out by Mabalacat CPS (30 grams of Shabu), San Fernando CPS (4 grams), Sta Rita MPS (2 grams), Macabebe MPS (2.6 grams) and Masantol, MPS (1.80 grams).

As part of the continuous accounting of wanted persons, Lubao MPS and Apalit MPS tracked down two (2) wanted persons who are facing charges for Estafa and Physical Injuries Inflicted in a Tumultuous Affray, respectively.

Meanwhile, Minalin MPS immediately responded to a carnapping of motorcycle incident, resulting in in the successful arrest of three (3) suspects and recovery of the motorcycle. Complaints for Violation of Republic Act No. 10883 will be filed against the trio.

“We continue to intensify police presence across the province through strategic deployment and intelligence-driven operations to combat all forms of criminality, emphasizing the PNP thrust, Bagong PNP para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman,” PCOL MARCELO said.

SUSTAINING STRONG CRIME ELIMINATION DRIVES: PAMPANGA POLICE COLLAR 14 LAWBREAKERS; SEIZE OVER 281K SHABU, 2 FI****MS AND PIECES OF AMMUNITION

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office, under the strong leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to intensify law enforcement operations across the province, resulting in the arrest of drug peddlers, loose firearm dealers, illegal possessor of ammunition and wanted persons on May 8, 2026.

Nine (9) drug suspects were apprehended during the 6 buy-bust operations launched by Floridablanca MPS (3 arrests), Mabalacat CPS, Bacolor MPS, Sasmuan MPS (2 Arrests), Apalit MPS and San Luis MPS, confiscating a total of 29.14 grams of Shabu, worth PHP 198,152.00.

Separate fi****ms buy-bust operations were conducted by San Fernando CPS and Porac MPS, resulting in the arrest of 2 firearm dealers, who were in possession of caliber .22 revolver and caliber .32 revolver respectively. The suspects also yielded 5 grams and 4 grams of shabu, with a total amount of PHP 61,200.00.

The manhunt operations of Apalit MPS and San Fernando CPS tracked down two (2) other wanted persons for Physical Injuries in a Tumultous Affray and Robbery.

Meanwhile, Candaba MPS implemented a Search Warrant that resulted in the arrest of suspect for illegal possession of ammunition, along with 3.19 grams of shabu with a standard drug price of PHP 21,692.00.

“We strongly believe that community cleansing is a shared duty of every citizen. The Pampanga PPO will continue to lead this mission, ensuring that our communities remain safe, disciplined and free from any illegal activities.” PCOL MARCELO emphasized.

UPHOLDING CRIME PREVENTION THROUGHT STEPPED-UP CAMPAIGN AGAINST LOOSE FI****MS: PAMPANGA PPO ARRESTS ILLEGAL FIREARM SUSPECT IN BACOLOR SEARCH WARRANT OPERATION

City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Ensuring secure communities, the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, successfully arrested a suspect and confiscated an unlicensed firearm and ammunition during the implementation of a search warrant in Barangay Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga on May 8, 2026.

Armed with the strength of Search Warrant issued by the court, the operation was carried out by operatives of Bacolor Municipal Police Station (MPS) from about 7:26 AM until 8:46 AM, resulting in the arrest of a 42-year-old suspect and confiscation of one (1) caliber .38 revolver without serial number, along with nine (9) pieces of caliber .38 ammunition.

Complaints for violation of Section 28 of Republic Act No. 10591, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Fi****ms and Ammunition Regulation Act, have been filed against the suspect.
