Inilagay ang mga lugar sa Alert Level 4 ng Department of Health dahil sa mataas na bilang ng COVID-19 cases at hospital occupancy rate.

Iminungkahi ng kagawaran ang sumusunod na action points para sa mga lugar na ito:

• granular lockdowns
• active case finding
• maaaring gumamit ng rapid antigen tests sa mga lugar na may Delta variant cases
• damihan ang hospital beds sa level 2 at 3 hospitals
• siguraduhin ang oxygen availability
