JBM PATROL SYSTEM CASCADE | Joint Police, BPATs/Tanod Mobilization Towards Crime Prevention in Central Luzon

Bilang bahagi ng pagpapatibay ng kapayapaan at kaayusan sa komunidad, nagsagawa si PLTCOL PAUL BENJAMIN B MANDANE, Chief of Police ng Porac Municipal Police Station, ng JBM Patrol System (Joint Police, BPATs/Tanod Mobilization Towards Crime Prevention in Central Luzon) Cascade para sa mga Barangay Officials at Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPATs) ng Bayan ng Porac.

Isinulong sa naturang aktibidad ang pangunahing layunin ng JBM Patrol System na ORGANIZE, ACTIVATE, and MOBILIZE ang mga BPATs at Force Multipliers bilang katuwang ng Philippine National Police sa pagpapatupad ng crime prevention, pagpapaigting ng police visibility, at maagap na pagtugon sa anumang banta sa kapayapaan at kaayusan.

Sa pamamagitan ng mas matatag na koordinasyon at aktibong pakikilahok ng bawat barangay, higit na mapapalakas ang community-based policing, mapabibilis ang pagtugon sa mga insidente, at mapananatili ang isang ligtas, maayos, at mapayapang komunidad.

Ang JBM Patrol System ay sumasalamin sa paniniwalang ang epektibong pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan ay nagmumula sa pagkakaisa ng PNP, mga opisyal ng barangay, BPATs, at ng buong pamayanan.

ORGANIZE. ACTIVATE. MOBILIZE.
Sama-samang pagkilos tungo sa mas ligtas na Porac at mas mapayapang Central Luzon.

On August 6, 2026, at about 3:00 AM onwards, personnel of PORAC MPS under the supervision of PLTCOLPAUL BENJAMIN BONDOC MANDANE, COP, together conducted intensified foot patrolling in strategic areas of the municipality to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, and strengthen police visibility.
The operation aims to deter criminal activities, provide immediate police response, and enhance the sense of security among residents and motorists. PORAC MPS remains committed to proactive policing and continuous implementation of the PNP Focused Agenda through strengthened community presence and anti-criminality operations.

DIALOGUE

Ngayong Agosto 4, 2026, ganap na alas-10:00 ng umaga, nagsagawa ang mga tauhan ng Porac Municipal Police Station ng Community Dialogue sa St. Joseph Chapel, Brgy. San Jose Mitla, Porac, Pampanga bilang bahagi ng Oplan Bathala.

Sa isinagawang dayalogo, tinalakay ang kahalagahan ng pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kaayusan, crime prevention, at kampanya laban sa ilegal na droga. Naging pagkakataon din ito upang magtanong at alamin ang regular na iskedyul ng mga Banal na Misa at iba pang gawaing pangsimbahan, bilang bahagi ng pakikipag-ugnayan ng PNP sa simbahan at komunidad upang mapalakas ang seguridad at koordinasyon.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng Porac MPS ang "Bagong PNP sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman."

On August 4, 2026, at about 11:00 AM onwards, personnel of PORAC MPS under the supervision of PLTCOL PAUL BENJAMIN B MANDANE, COP, conducted mobile patrol operations in different areas of the municipality as part of intensified anti-criminality and public safety measures.
The continuous mobile patrol aims to strengthen police visibility, prevent the occurrence of crimes, ensure immediate police response, and maintain peace and order within the community, especially during nighttime hours. Through active patrol operations, PORAC MPS remains steadfast in protecting the public and promoting a safer environment for all residents of Porac.
